Along with local military recruiters, those participating included Niagara County Sheriff's SWAT, helicopter and K-9 units, Sanborn Volunteer Fire Department, Niagara County Sheriff's Air Patrol, Niagara Falls Civil Air Patrol, Twin City and Tri-Community ambulances, and criminal justice and first responder course professors from Niagara County Community College, Erie Community College and Hilbert College.
