Officials at Ryu-Kon Group have announced their permanent move to Niagara Falls. There three-day convention will bring in crowds from around the globe to promote creativity with anime, gaming, steampunk, pop culture, art, creative careers and more. The Ryu-Kon Anime & Gaming Convention, which had its debut last summer in Canandaigua, will take place July 26-28 at The Conference & Event Center Niagara Falls.

Every year, fans eagerly await the chance to meet the celebrity guests, including actors, directors, producers, authors and even a celebrity comedian lineup. This year, organizers are getting buzz about their plans to bring together the U.S. and Canada for an "Extreme Treasure Hunt" taking place on the Sunday of the con.

The "Extreme Treasure Hunt" will take place all over the Niagara Falls area, on both sides of the Rainbow Bridge, as teams compete for the grand prizes - one for each country. This "hunt" has a large number of businesses on both sides of the border working together for one event. The adventure will raise money for free community activities, clubs and events hosted by the Ryu-Kon Group's creativity initiative program.

Regular pre-admission options, including limited VIP passes, are available now at the Ryu-Kon shop website, www.shop.ryu-kon.com. Options to register just for the "Extreme Treasure Hunt" are also available.
