Members of 1199SEIU United Healthcare Workers East have reached a tentative three-year collective bargaining agreement with Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

If ratified, the agreement will cover approximately 650 hospital staff members. The previous collective bargaining agreement expired on Dec. 8, 2012, and was extended by mutual agreement several times while talks continued.

Negotiations began in September and were joined by a federal mediator in December.
