The Youngstown Business and Professional Association will hold a St. Patrick's Day kick-off event, Saturday, March 16, at noon, in honor of the late Neil Riordan.

Join the YBPA, Youngstown trustees, local musicians and area residents on the corner of Main and Lockport streets beginning at noon. Participants will parade their way from the Jug to Brennan's to kick off a "very green weekend" in the village.
