Niagara County Community College will host its Spring Health Fair on Monday, March 18, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the main dining room on the second floor of the Student Center (G Building), on the Sanborn campus. The NCCC Health Fair is free, open to the public, and will feature many agencies offering health screenings, product samples and informational handouts.
Participating agencies include:; Women's Wellness Center of WNY; Potempa, Dick & Riad Dentistry; Community Health Center of Buffalo Inc. (Lockport site); Healthy Neighborhoods Program; and NCCC Promise for Tomorrow Campus Suicide Prevention Program. Some of the other services that will be offered are rapid HIV testing, blood pressure screening, healthy eating examples, nutrition, exercise and wellness, alcohol awareness and free massages by NCCC massage therapy students.
