The following activity occurred Sunday, Feb. 10, to Sunday, Feb. 17, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 112 response calls during this period.

Sunday, Feb. 10

•Niagara University campus, intoxicated female. Female, highly intoxicated, taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center by Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co.

•5300 block of Elm Drive, sex offense. Statement taken from a female, 32, regarding a male, no age provided, listed as a suspect. Evidence secured from hospital. Investigation to continue.

•Center and Sixth streets, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; front-end damage reported. Report filed.

•300 block of Morgan Drive, fraud complaint. Statement taken from a female, 39, regarding unauthorized use of a credit card over the Internet. Report filed.

•NU campus, assault. Male, 22, listed as a victim and male, 24, listed as a suspect. Suspect reportedly terminated earlier from NU employment, returned to campus with a box cutter and slashed the victim. Suspect arraigned and remanded to custody of Niagara County Sheriff's Office. Victim taken by Upper Mountain to EM-Star at Mount St. Mary's Hospital.

•NU campus, University Drive, separate two-vehicle accidents, one with injuries. Statements taken from all drivers; one party taken to Mount St. Mary's. One vehicle secured and one owed. Reports filed.

•4000 block of Dickersonville Road, menacing. Statement taken from a male resulting in the arrest of a male suspect. No further details.

Monday, Feb. 11

•Lower Mountain and Dickersonville roads, property damage accident. Male driver, 34, lost control on black ice, struck a sewer grate and vehicle rolled over on its side. No injuries; vehicle towed. Report filed.

•400 block of Center Street, fraud. Statement taken from a female, 23, who reported someone used her debit card to make payment at a learning center.

•500 block of Mountain View Drive, snowmobile problem. Patrol could not locate snowmobile; no other parties involved.

•Water Street, hit-run. Statement taken from a male; incident occurred earlier. Second vehicle unknown.

•700 block of Page Avenue, assist. LPD on location with Town of Niagara Police on a warrant execution. No further details.

•Swann and Porter Center roads, accident. Driver reportedly struck a deer that then took off into a field. Report filed.

•4700 block of Oak Ridge Lane, check welfare. Female, 49, and female, 52, listed as persons involved. Couple had an argument over a dog. Patrol handled.

•800 block of Escarpment Drive, EMS/fire. Patrol flagged down by the party. Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. summoned; Upper Mountain EMS took party to Mount St. Mary's.

Tuesday, Feb. 12

•1100 block of Escarpment Drive, fire/EMS. Electrical fire reported in basement. Upper Mountain Fire Co. on location.

•100 block of Portage Road, two-vehicle accident. Statement taken from driver; other vehicle parked. MV form issued; report filed.

•Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 33, placed under arrest; charge(s) not specified. Vehicle secured; no further details.

•Addresses on the 600 block of Raymond Drive, the 600 block of Oxbow Lane, the 4900 block of Indian Hill Road and the 2100 block of Mount Hope Road, separate alarm responses. Calls handled; locations secure. Reports filed.

•900 block of Center Street, larceny from a vehicle. Statement taken from a female; report filed.

•400 block of Roosevelt Avenue, animal problem. Town dog warden contacted.

Wednesday, Feb. 13

•4700 block of Tuscarora Road, suspicious person. LPD assisted NCSO. All OK.

•Joseph Davis Park access road, intoxicated male. Male 22, placed under arrest. Charges include public intoxication, obstruction, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court and suspect remanded to custody of NCSO without bail.

•5000 block of Susies Lane, possible harassment complaint. Patrol spoke with the homeowner. Subject left a note on the door.

•900 block of Ridge Road, possible fraud complaint. Patrol spoke with a female, 55, concerning her email.

•4200 block of Scenic Drive, check area. Caller reported possible shots fired. Patrol checked area; nothing showing.

•Addresses on the 4900 block of Forrest Road and the 700 block of Sara Court, alarm responses. Both locations secure; reports filed.

•100 block of Lockport Street, Youngstown, agency assist. LPD on location with Youngstown Police for a domestic that occurred at a bar/restaurant on the 400 block of Main Street. Suspect fled on foot. Area checked with negative results.

Thursday, Feb. 14

•400 block of Second Street, Youngstown, agency assist. LPD on location with NCSO for an alarm response at a bank branch.

•Saunders Settlement and Walmore roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 37, placed under arrest for aggravated unlicensed operation. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets to Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle towed.

•3300 block of Macklam Avenue, Niagara Falls, warrant execution. Female, 40, placed under arrest; charge(s) not specified. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court; bail of $500 assigned and posted. Suspect released.

•North Fifth and Center streets, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; minor damages. Report filed.

•800 block of Cayuga Street, assist. LPD reports assisting a citizen at a car wash who was stuck inside the bay. Situation resolved.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, forgery complaint. Statement taken from a male, 51, who reported his compensation checks were cashed while he was incarcerated. Investigation to continue.

•Second Street, juvenile problem. Report of juveniles running through the neighborhood ringing doorbells. Patrol checked area with negative results.

•Mount St. Mary's Daycare, custody dispute. Male, 37, reports staff was not releasing his daughter for a doctor's appointment. Complainant did not have the proper paperwork. Report filed.

•2000 block of Ridge Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male 47, placed under arrest for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Chemical testing conducted and vehicle towed. No further details.

•Creek Road extension, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 51, arrested for operating while registration is suspended/revoked. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets to Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

Friday, Feb. 15

•NU campus, intoxicated female. Female, 18, taken to Mount St. Mary's.

•NU campus, intoxicated females. No transport; RAs made arrangements.

•200 block of North Sixth Street, custody problem. Patrol spoke with a female, 48. No further details.

•700 block of Center Street, check welfare. Female, intoxicated, found a ride home with a friend.

•Saunders Settlement Road, separate motor vehicle accidents. Statements taken from involved drivers in first report; one vehicle left scene in second report. Reports filed.

•Model City Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 36, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation, third. Driver released on appearance ticket to Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•1900 block of Swann Road, recovered property/juvenile problem. Patrol spoke with a female, 46, who reports recovering a weapon owned by a juvenile suspect. Juvenile appearance tickets issued.

•Cayuga and Eighth streets, vehicle/traffic stop-arrest/mental health response. Male, 18, placed under arrest for unlawful possession of marijuana and an unspecified public health law violation. Suspect released on appearance tickets to Lewiston Town Court and transported by Rural Metro to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center for a mental health evaluation. Saturday, Feb. 16

•300 block of Carrollwood Drive, agency assist. LPD on location with Youngstown Police for a domestic.

•NU campus, suspicious vehicle. Possible intoxicated driver detained by campus safety. Patrol conducted interview and performed field sobriety. All OK.

•Center and North Ninth streets, vehicle/traffic stop. Male driver issued unspecified uniform traffic tickets. Vehicle towed.

•1600 block of Upper Mountain Road, custody problem. Statement taken from a female, 26. Report filed.

•100 block of Center Street, unwanted party. Male, 49, advised not to come back to hotel property.

•900 block of Creek Road, property damage. Homeowner and driver exchanged information. Mailbox damage reported due to slippery roads. Report filed.

Sunday, Feb. 17

•800 block of Center Street, fight at a bar/restaurant. Male, 20 listed as complainant and male, 20 listed as suspect. Suspect reportedly punched complainant several times in the face. Complainant treated at Mount St. Mary's.

•800 block of Lake Road, alarm response. LPD on location with NCSO.

•600 block of Mountain View Drive, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; one vehicle towed. Report filed.

•LPD office, follow-up. Male, 20, listed as suspect in fight at the Center Street bar/restaurant turned himself in to LPD. Suspect arrested on charges of assault, third, and disorderly conduct. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•400 block of Main Street, Youngstown, alarm response. LPD on location to assist NCSO.

•Saunders Settlement Road, reckless driver, eastbound. Patrol checked area for a black Mazda, with negative results.
