Lecture focuses on ice bridges in Niagara River

The Friends of Local History will present a free lecture on ice bridges in the Niagara River from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, at the Niagara Falls Public Library, 1425 Main St. Carol Rogers, environmental educator at the Niagara Region Interpretive Program Office of the New York State Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, will present a PowerPoint program and a display of photos of years gone by.
