James and Jayne Brasser recently presented Odd Fellow members of Sacarissa Bell Rose Lodge No. 307 artifacts inherited from William James, a prominent Lewiston Odd Fellow during the 1970s. The Brassers bestowed a Patriarchs Militant Chevaliers sword, an engraved wooden cane, and a book of the "History of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows" (published in 1887) to the group. These precious artifacts will become a permanent addition to their historical collection.

Odd Fellows meet the second and fourth Thursday of every month and are always seeking new members. For more information, call 716-754-0166.
