Hon. Michael Tucker, mayor of Lockport and acting chairman of the Niagara County Industrial Development Agency, and Niagara County Legislator Kathryn Vance, 7th District, present a proclamation from the Niagara County Legislature to Dr. Kathy Casacci (center) to celebrate the grand opening on Feb. 1 of Wheatfield Family Dentistry, 3349 Niagara Falls Blvd., Wheatfield.

Wheatfield Family Dentistry provides comprehensive dental and oral medical treatments, including "Magnaview," which allows the dentist to use a camera and video screen rather than the traditional mirror technique, and BioAesthetics, which treats chronic headaches, a treatment that is not offered locally.

Casacci established the practice in 1994.
