Niagara Pioneer Soccer League registration approaches

Registration for the Niagara Pioneer Soccer League 2013 house league season is approaching.

Open to boys ages 3 to 14 and girls ages 3 to 17, Niagara Pioneer's house season will run from May 13 to July 22, with games played at Fort Niagara State Park in Youngstown. Bumble Bees start on May 20. Games are played on Mondays and Thursdays starting at 6:30 p.m.

Applications can be found online at www.niagarapioneer.com. They can also be obtained at Stuart Sports, 486 Center St., in Lewiston, or at the Youngstown Red Brick Village Center, 240 Lockport St., Youngstown.

Niagara Pioneer will offer an early registration special at a cost of $35 per player during the month of February. March registration will be $40 per player; April increases to $45 per player and, following April 30, cost will be $60 per player.

Walk-in registration will take place Saturdays, Feb. 9 and March 23, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Red Brick School. Those who sign up as house league coaches will receive a discount.

Completed applications with payment should be mailed to Niagara Pioneer Soccer League, PO Box 203, Youngstown, NY 14174.
