•1100 block of Escarpment Drive, fraud complaint. Statement taken from a female, 71, regarding identity theft. Report filed.

•2600 block of Saunders Settlement Road, alarm response. Building all secure; no key holder. Report filed.

•500 block of Seneca Street, unattended death. Female, 74, listed. County coroner notified. Report filed.

•600 block of Sattle Drive, neighbor problem. Patrol spoke with a female, 48, regarding an ongoing problem with a neighbor. Report filed.

•Upper Mountain Road, property-damage accident. Statements taken from both drivers. MV form issued; report filed.

•Water Street, suspicious vehicle. All OK; sent on its way.

Tuesday, Jan. 8

•700 block of Cayuga Street, trespassing complaint at a vacant property. Male, white, 17 and a female, black, 19, listed as suspects. Landlord out of the country. Investigation to continue.

•800 block of Lockport Street, Youngstown, check welfare. Patrol reported no answer. Neighbor stated female party left with her son.

•100 block of Escarpment Drive, suspicious vehicle. Neighbor parked a truck in the driveway temporarily; all OK.

•Ninth and Center streets, property-damage accident. Statements taken from both drivers; minor damages reported to both vehicles. Report filed.

Wednesday, Jan. 9

•4500 block of Creek Road, credit card larceny. Statement taken from a female, 50. Male, 25, listed as a suspect. Male placed under arrest; arraignment at Lewiston Town Court and bail assigned at $10,000/$20,000.

•5900 block of Kline Road, mental health response. Female, 24, taken by patrol to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Report filed.

•5200 block of Hewitt Parkway, officer requested. Patrol spoke with a male, 69. All OK.

•2900 block of Saunders Settlement Road, alarm response at a bank branch. LPD on location to assist Niagara County Sheriff's Office. All secure.

•Saunders Settlement and Garlow roads, suspicious person/vehicle. Caller reported occupant of vehicle was removing hubcaps from an empty building. Patrol located a female, 48, who stated she had permission from the landowner.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, two vehicle hit-run accident. Statements taken from both drivers. Male, 19, from vehicle No. 2 stopped by patrol and issued uniform traffic tickets for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•5200 block of Lewiston Road, unwanted person. Male, 52, given courtesy ride to Military and Saunders Settlement roads.

Thursday, Jan. 10

•Location unspecified, arrest warrant executed. Female, 33, arraigned at Town of Niagara Court. Charge not listed. Bail posted.

•400 block of Ridge Street, AED response. Male, 73, taken by Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. EMS to EM-Star at Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center.

•5800 block of Ward Road, alarm response. Bar/restaurant checked and all secure.

•400 block of Center Street, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; report filed.

Saturday, Jan. 12

•Ridge Road and Big Vista Drive, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported that during a pullover, a male, 20, threw a small container of marijuana out of the vehicle. Suspect placed under arrest for unlawful possession of marijuana. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•1500 block of Ridge Road, alarm response. All secure; homeowner on location.

•700 block of Onondaga Street, criminal mischief complaint. Statement taken from a male, 17, who reported the rear window of a 2000 Blazer was blown out. Investigation to continue.

•Ridge and Dickersonville roads, reckless driver complaint. Patrol checked area and located vehicle at Ridge and Model City roads. All OK.

•400 block of Kenwood Drive, shooter complaint. Statement taken from a female, 65, concerning noise coming from the river area. Patrol reported a duck hunter in the area.

•4700 block of Creek Road, assist EMS. Patrol reported a female, 54, fell down a flight of stairs. Subject injured and having difficulty breathing. Lewiston No. 1 EMS and Mercy Flight both on scene. Report filed.

•Hyde Park Boulevard, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 27, arrested for operation while the registration is suspended/revoked. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court and plates secured. Vehicle secured; report filed.

•Irving and George streets, suspicious person. Caller reported a white male with dark hair in a ponytail carrying a rifle on his back. Patrol checked area with negative results.

•4600 block of Stacey Drive, suspicious person complaint. Patrol located a female, black, 23. Subject advised about town permit and sent on her way.

•Saunders Settlement and Chew roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Female, 26, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation. Vehicle secured and driver released on uniform traffic tickets to Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

Sunday, Jan. 13

•800 block of Center Street, public lewdness arrests (two responses). Patrol reported the arrests of three males, ages 21, 20 and 21 on public lewdness counts for urinating in public. Appearance tickets issued to all for Lewiston Town Court. Reports filed.

•700 block of Center Street, attempt to locate. Negative results reported.

•800 block of Center Street, fight. Male, 20, listed as a victim; two females, both 19, listed as persons involved and two males, ages 21 and 24, listed as suspects. Male suspects placed under arrest from incident. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court. Bail of $500/$1,000 assigned and suspects remanded to Niagara County Jail. Report filed.
