The following activity occurred Monday, Dec. 3, to Sunday, Dec. 9, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD reported a total of 77 response calls during this period.

Monday, Dec. 3

•2800 block of Saunders Settlement Road, suspicious vehicle/UPM. Patrol located a male, 22, at a sub shop. Male placed under arrest for unlawful possession of marijuana. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle towed. Report filed.

•300 block of South Seventh Street, stolen vehicle. Statement taken from a female, 34. On patrol's check, vehicle found to be impounded from an earlier vehicle/traffic stop-DWI/AUO arrest on Lewiston Road at Barton Drive. Complainant advised to contact towing service. Patrol cleared.

•Lewiston Town Court, follow-up. Male, 34, placed under arrest from an earlier incident. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court, suspect remanded to custody of Niagara County Sheriff's Office/Niagara County Jail.

•2500 block of Ridge Road, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a male, 59; suspect unknown.

•500 block of Ulrich Lane, assist. LPD on location with NCSO on a possible burglary. Suspect in custody.

•100 block of South Water Street, attempt to locate an intoxicated driver. Patrol reported negative results on its search for a red Saturn from a private club.

Tuesday, Dec. 4

•1700 block of Saunders Settlement Road, reckless driver. Vehicle GOA.

•Annover Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers and passengers. MV forms issued; no tow. Report filed.

•700 block of Center Street, suspicious person. Male suspect from previous larceny complaint reported in the store. Suspect gone on patrol's arrival.

•4000 block of Creek Road, harassment. Statement taken from a male concerning a female suspect. Report filed.

•2300 block of Ridge Road, check welfare. Male subject listed; no further information.

•Lewiston Town Court, intoxicated male. Patrol reported all OK.

•Location unspecified. Patrol reported a warrant execution on a male, 46. Suspect arrested on two counts of aggravated harassment, second, from previous incidents. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court; suspect released on his own recognizance.

•100 block of Water Street, suspicious vehicle. All OK.

Wednesday, Dec. 5

•2300 block of Upper Mountain Road, hit-run accident. Caller reported mailbox in the roadway. Patrol reported negative results on its response.

•2200 block of Upper Mountain Road, EMS response. Male, 51, fell in garage and sustained a laceration on the forehead. Subject refused treatment and signed off.

•700 block of Center Street, larceny. Statement taken from a male, 44, regarding an incident that occurred on Dec. 2. Male, 16, placed under arrest; appearance ticket issued.

•Ninth and Center streets, two-vehicle injury accident. Statements taken from both drivers; driver No. 2 taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center for neck pain. One vehicle secured. Report filed.

•Center and North Sixth streets, two-vehicle accident. Rear-end collision reported; statements taken from both drivers. No injuries or tows; report filed.

•Miller Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 37, placed under arrest for aggravated unlicensed operation, second. Driver reported as having 10 scofflaw violations on three occasions and remanded to Niagara County Jail on bail of $250/$500. Report filed.

•1800 block of Mount Hope Road, domestic. NCSO handled arrest and paperwork.

Thursday, Dec. 6

•Lewiston landing, suspicious vehicle. Caller reported possible drug activity. Vehicle GOA.

•2400 block of Upper Mountain Road, holdup alarm. Patrol reported all secure.

•LPD office, follow-up. Patrol reported the arrests of two males, ages 39 and 40, from a previous criminal mischief complaint on the 2800 block of Ridge Road. Male, 39, charged with criminal mischief, third, and trespass. Male, 40, charged with trespass. Appearance tickets issued to both for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•2300 block of Lower Mountain Road, domestic. Statement taken from a female, 70, resulting in the arrest of a female, 16; charges unspecified. Domestic Incident Report and Spectrum Justice System reports both completed.

•700 block of Center Street, check welfare at a business. All OK.

•Walmore Road, stolen vehicle recovery/vehicle fire. Patrol reported a vehicle found at said location as fully engulfed. Rightful owner notified and Amherst Police contacted for stolen vehicle report.

Friday, Dec. 7

•Saunders Settlement and Military roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 25, charged with operating while registration is suspended/revoked. Driver released on uniform traffic ticket for Lewiston Town Court and vehicle secured. Report filed.

•1500 block of Colonial Drive, larceny. Complainant unable to be contacted; patrol left message.

•5400 block of Walmore Road, recovered stolen vehicle. Vehicle reported stolen out of Amherst. Vehicle secured on location.

•Mount Hope and Green roads, recovered stolen vehicle. Vehicle reported stolen on Nov. 29 by Town of Niagara Police Department. Vehicle secured on location.

•Niagara University campus, Dwyer Ice Arena, harassment complaint. Statement taken from a female, 14, concerning a female suspect, 14. Suspect charged with harassment, second. Juvenile appearance ticket issued for Niagara County Family Court.

•1100 block of Upper Mountain Road, shots fired. Patrol spoke with a female concerning hunters on the reservation.

•3500 block of Ransomville Road, assist. LPD on location with NCSO on a mental health response. Resident combative. Call handled.

Saturday, Dec. 8

•North Fourth Street, suspicious vehicle. Patrol checked; vehicle GOA.

•5000 block of Susies Lane, possible unwanted parties. NCSO reported no parties on location.

•Indian Hill Road, MVA. Statements taken from the driver and passenger. Report filed.

•NU campus, mental health response. Female, 17, and female, 31, listed as persons involved. Parties taken to Lockport Memorial Hospital by Rural Metro ambulance. Report filed.

•2300 block of Upper Mountain Road, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a female, 35, concerning a female suspect, 31. Suspect reported as pounding on complainant's door in the morning. Complainant advised to call 911. Patrol unable to make contact with suspect.

•900 block of Pletcher Road, domestic. Statements taken from a female, 28, and female, 26. Patrol's report to follow.

•5900 block of Hyde Park Boulevard, welfare check. Elderly male with a handgun reports hearing voices inside his house. Patrol checked house and found all secure. Gun turned over to a relative.

Sunday, Dec. 9

•400 block of Roosevelt Avenue, check welfare. Caller reported a dog locked in a vehicle and being concerned about owner and animal. Both found OK; dog removed from vehicle.

•900 block of Pletcher Road, standby. No problems found.

•800 block of Foxwood Drive, larceny. Male reported the cover of a spare tire stolen from a vehicle. Report filed.

•Water Street, EMS response. Female, 23, having an active seizure. Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. EMS on location for transport.

•5300 block of Annover Drive, check welfare. Female on meds reported as wanting to leave in vehicle. Family contacted; subject staying home for night.

•500 block of Mountain View Drive, reckless driver. White sedan reported all over road. Elderly driver found, all OK.

•2200 block of Upper Mountain Road, assault. Male, 37, listed as victim and male, 31, listed as suspect. Suspect reportedly stabbed victim in face with a knife. Victim taken to Erie County Medical Center for treatment. LPD on location for ID, photos. Investigation to continue.
