The following activity occurred Monday, Nov. 19, to Sunday, Nov. 25, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 103 responses during this period.

Monday, Nov. 19

•2300 block of Upper Mountain Road, unwanted person; two responses. Statement taken from a female, 35, regarding a male suspect, 34. Suspect GOA. Report filed.

•5600 block of Chew Road, MVA rollover. Statement taken from the driver; Sanborn Volunteer Fire Co. and Tri-Community Ambulance on location. Hold placed on vehicle. Report filed.

•5600 block of Chew Road, recovered stolen property. Patrol reported possible stolen tires at scene. Investigation to continue with State Police.

•2300 block of Upper Mountain Road, unwanted person. Patrol spoke with a female; subject does not wish to file charges.

•900 block of Center Street, larceny. Patrol spoke with a male; suspect unknown.

•5800 block of Buffalo Street, criminal mischief. Patrol reports suspect put rocks and an unknown liquid in an Ad mar lift. Investigation to continue.

•700 block of Cayuga Street, unwanted party. Male, 21, advised to leave the area. No further issues on scene.

Tuesday, Nov. 20

•Area of Creek and Pletcher roads, suspicious vehicle. Caller reported a dark colored SUV driving slowly and pulling in and out of driveways. Area checked by patrol with negative results.

•400 block of Liberty Drive, check welfare. Male, 50, reportedly failed to call for work and medical issues. Patrol check and reported all OK.

•Location not specified, arrest. Male juvenile, 13, placed under arrest from a previous incident. Subject released on his own recognizance.

•1000 block of Escarpment Drive, juvenile problem. Male, 17, listed as complainant; male juvenile, 13, listed as a suspect; male, 70 also listed on call. Report filed.

•4900 block of Callan Drive, domestic. Female, 38, listed as complainant and male, 46, listed as suspect. Domestic incident report and patrol's report both filed.

•Saunders Settlement and Walmore roads, suspicious person. Male with a backpack and a flashlight reported walking east. Subject said he was heading to work.

Wednesday, Nov. 21

•Dickersonville and Balmer roads, injury accident. Patrol assisted Niagara County Sheriff's Office; both drivers transported to Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo.

•5200 block of Lewiston Road, harassment complaint at a nursing home facility. Male, 59 listed as complainant and female, 57, listed as a victim. Female does not want charges.

•2500 block of Ridge Road, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a male, 20, regarding a male suspect, 23. Suspect advised to stop all contact; no charges. Report filed.

•5200 block of Military Road, unwanted person. Female, 78, listed as complainant; male, 61, listed as a person involved. Complainant wanted male removed; subject went to friends for the evening.

•5000 block of Callan Drive, neighbor problem. Handled by patrol.

•Niagara University, Dwyer arena lot, hit-run accident. Statement taken from driver; vehicle unoccupied. Report filed.

•5200 block of Hewitt Parkway, burglary. Male, 69, reported four items taken No forced entry. Report filed.

Thursday, Nov. 22

•Seneca and South Third streets, intoxicated person. Male reported laying in roadway was almost struck by a vehicle. Patrol located and removed the male, 25, to a residence on the 300 block of South Third Street.

•5900 block of Garlow Road, criminal mischief. Call reported a tire on a vehicle punctured by a knife. Suspect GOA.

•400 block of Harper Drive, accident, hit-run. Caller reported a mailbox struck at night. Suspect GOA.

•5000 block of Susies Lane, unwanted person. Male on location pounding on the door. Subject GOA.

•Hyde Park Boulevard, accident, property damage. Statements taken from the drivers; no injuries or tows. Report filed.

•800 block of Foxwood Drive, suspicious person. Caller reported a white male, 50s, wearing a white shirt and red pants with a dog, was talking to kids. Subject would not leave when confronted by a resident. Patrol reported the subject as GOA.

•Creek Road, reckless driver. NCSO located an elderly driver; warning issued.

•Black Nose Spring Road, vehicle fire. Vehicle listed as a 2003 Buick Park Avenue; plate number logged and rightful owner listed.

•800 block of Foxwood Drive, attempt to locate. Patrol reported negative results on locating a vehicle for Town of Niagara Police.

Friday, Nov. 23

•900 block of James Drive, unwanted person. Patrol spoke with a male suspect at his residence and advised to refrain from the above address.

•2500 block of Saunders Settlement Road, burglary. Statement taken from female complainant; male 27, listed as a suspect. Patrol reports various cash mediums taken; no forced entry. Investigation to continue; report filed.

•2300 block of Upper Mountain Drive, dog bite. Female reported bitten by a pit bull and taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center for treatment. Report filed.

•4600 block of Washington Drive, domestic. Patrol listed a female, 19, as complainant and a male, 25, as a suspect. Both parties taken into custody. Child Protective Services notified; Domestic Incident report filed.

•1700 block of Mount Hope Road, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a female, 31, regarding a male suspect, 29. Door at the address reported kicked in and the frame damaged. Warrant to be requested.

•2300 block of Upper Mountain Road, unwanted person. Statement taken from a female regarding a male. Suspect went to his mother's house for the night.

•600 block of Upper Mountain Road, check 911. Patrol reported the issue was found to be a phone problem. Male, 54, on location reported as very hostile.

•Creek Road Extension and Cayuga Drive, vehicle /traffic stop. Patrol reported a male, 23, was placed under arrest on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a controlled substance, fifth. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

Saturday, Nov. 24

•4300 block of Porter Center Road, one vehicle accident. Statement taken; vehicle towed. Report filed.

•Saunders Settlement and Military Roads, suspicious person. Male, 19, listed as person involved. Subject observed running out of a nearby gas/convenience store and heading west. Subject stopped and all reported OK.

•5700 block of Lewiston Road, larceny from a motor vehicle. Two iPads reported stolen from a vehicle. Further investigation and follow-ups found the iPads were brought to a store in North Tonawanda.

•4700 block of Lower River Road, suspicious vehicle. Unknown vehicle parked in homeowner's driveway. Plate number logged.

•Robert Moses Parkway and Ridge Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Female, 34, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation. Driver released on appearance tickets for Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle released to a family member. Report filed.

•800 block of Oriole Lane, unwanted person. Party GOA.

•Center and North Seventh streets, vehicle/traffic stop. Female, 28, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation and operating while registration is suspended/revoked. Driver released on appearance tickets to Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle towed. Report filed.

•Ridge and Porter Center roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 29, arrested for operating while registration is suspended/revoked. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets to Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle secured. Report filed.

•2400 block of Upper Mountain Road, domestic. Female, 31, listed as complainant and male, 34, listed as a suspect. Male arrested on charges of criminal mischief subset 1 and 4, as well as harassment. Paperwork forwarded to Lewiston Town Court for warrant. Suspect fled prior to patrol's arrival.

Sunday, Nov. 25

•800 block of Center Street, harassment. Statement taken from a male, 22, that led to the arrest of a male, 19, on a charge of harassment, second. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Saunders Settlement and Chew roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Twelve-hour hold placed on vehicle; unspecified violation.

•Scovell and West Eddy drives, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 34, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation, third. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets to Lewiston Town Court and vehicle turned over to a licensed driver. Report filed.

•4100 block of Lower River Road, notification. LPD advised of 200 fish found dead on shore of the river, and to contact state DEC and game and wildlife managers.

•600 block of Mountain View Drive, trespass complaint. Female suspect GOA; is not allowed on property.

•900 block of Elliott Drive, property dispute. Patrol spoke with a female, 40, and advised call was a civil matter.
