The following activity occurred Monday, Nov. 12, to Sunday, Nov. 18, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD reported a total of 83 responses were logged during this period.

Monday, Nov. 12

•3500 block of Ransomville Road, mental health response. LPD on location to assist Niagara County Sheriff's Office. All OK.

•1700 block of Saunders Settlement Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 23, placed under arrest for aggravated unlicensed operation. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle towed; report filed.

•700 block of Raymond Drive, suspicious person complaint. Patrol spoke with homeowner who reported an elderly male, possibly lost at a wrong address. Patrol handled.

•3800 block of Creek Road, shooter complaint. Patrol assisted NCSO on a check of the area.

•North Seventh Street, neighbor problem. Handled by patrol.

•Saunders Settlement and Miller roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 35, placed under arrest for aggravated unlicensed operation, third. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court; vehicle removed by a family member.

•5700 block of Townline Road, unwanted person. LPD on location to assist NCSO on a possible burglary. All secure.

•700 block of Cayuga Street, alarm response at a bank branch. All secure; no key holder.

Tuesday, Nov. 13

•5900 block of Ward Road, gas leak. Strong scent of propane reported in area. Gas supplier contacted, located a main tank valve leak and addressed same.

•West Street Elementary School, suspicious vehicle. Patrol located a male, 57, who claimed to be lost. Subject assisted/advised by patrol.

•5900 block of Garlow Road, assist. LPD on location with EMS responders for a male, 63, violent diabetic, who collapsed prior to patrol's arrival. Subject OK after regaining consciousness.

•LPD office, harassment complaint. Patrol spoke with a male, 63, who reported an ongoing issue of receiving harassing phone calls.

•700 block of Center Street, neighbor problem. Patrol spoke with a female, 47. Investigation to continue.

•1200 block of Swann Road, recovered stolen property. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 47, from the call. Suspect arraigned at Lewiston Town Court and released on his own recognizance.

•Upper Mountain Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 27, placed under arrest for aggravated unlicensed operation. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Niagara University campus, disturbing the peace. Unidentified party picked up by mother.

•5000 block of Susies Lane, unwanted person. Subject gone on arrival; all OK.

•2400 block of Upper Mountain Road, missing person. Patrol spoke with a male, 63. Female, 63, listed as victim/missing. Area searched with negative results. Investigation to continue.

Wednesday, Nov. 14

•Locations on the 2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road and on the 2400 block of Upper Mountain Road, two follow-ups on the missing person search. LPD reported ATVs, LPD K-9 unit and air searches conducted. Subject eventually located on Upper Mountain Road and returned home.

•5900 block of Williams Street, assist. LPD on location with NCSO to serve an order of protection.

•1200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, shooter complaint. Patrol advised the parties.

•4500 block of Washington Drive, open burn complaint. Patrol found no one around and the fire almost out.

•300 block of Upper Mountain Road, fireworks complaint. LPD assisted NCSO; nothing found.

Thursday, Nov. 15

•5800 block of Garlow Road, animal problem. Patrol dispatched a raccoon.

•4600 block of Creek Road, Lewiston-Porter High School, harassment complaint. Investigation to continue.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a male, 26 regarding a female, 20, listed as a suspect.

•1700 block of Ridge Road, warrant execution. Male, 25, turned himself in with lawyer. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court and subject released on his own recognizance.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, follow-up. Female, 20, from above aggravated harassment complaint placed under arrest for aggravated harassment, second. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court and suspect released on her own recognizance.

•North Fifth Street, four-vehicle accident in a bank parking area. Statements taken and MV forms issued. Two vehicles towed. Report filed.

•200 block of South Third Street, attempted burglary. Complainant reported garage door damage in the lock area. Checks of area requested.

•5800 block of Garlow Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers, report filed.

•700 block of Center Street, larceny. Male, 47, and female, 45, listed as suspects. Patrol reported a larceny in progress. Suspects in vehicle fled east on Center Street and were stopped at Ridge Road and Cayuga Drive. Suspects arraigned at Lewiston Town Court; bail of $250 each assigned and suspects remanded to custody of NCSO. Property reported as $62 worth of items, recovered and placed in evidence. Report filed.

Friday, Nov. 16

•NU campus, intoxicated female. Subject taken to EM-Star at Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center.

•Ridge Road, west, reckless driver. Plate number logged; negative results on patrol's search.

•NU campus, criminal mischief. Female, 20, reported broken side mirrors on her vehicle.

•1900 block of Mount Hope Road, electrical fire. Patrol assisted Lewiston No. 2 Volunteer Fire Co. on location. All OK.

•North Fifth Street, suspicious persons. Party located, advised of soliciting regulations and dispersed. All OK.

•1500 block of Ridge Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 60, placed under arrest for aggravated unlicensed operation. Suspect released on uniform traffic tickets to Lewiston Town Court; vehicle to a licensed driver. Report filed.

•1000 block of Sweet Home Road, mental health response/domestic. Female, 81, listed as complainant and male, 16, listed as person involved. Male reportedly pushed the complainant down to the ground and urinated on her leg.

•5300 block of Military Road, unwanted party. Patrol listed a female, 46, as a complaint; a male, 21, as a suspect; a female, 21 as a person involved, and a male, 50, also as a person involved. Male suspect placed under arrest on charges of harassment, second, and disorderly conduct. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court; bail of $250 assigned and suspect remanded to custody of NCSO. Report filed.

•Kiwanis Park, suspicious vehicle. Patrol located and sent on its way.

Saturday, Nov. 17

•2300 block of Upper Mountain Road, suspicious person. Female complainant stated someone knocked on her front door; suspected individual to be her ex living across the street. Patrol confirmed; all else OK.

•Black Nose Spring Road, suspicious vehicle. Patrol reported the arrests of a female, 19; a female, 18; and a male, 20 - all on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•1000 block of James Drive, neighbor problem. Patrol spoke with a male, 54. Call involved a dispute over cut tree branches. Other party involved unavailable at this time.

•Garlow and Stoltz roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Female, 22, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets for Lewiston Town Court; vehicle to a licensed driver. Report filed.

Sunday, Nov. 18

•1300 block of Ridge Road, one vehicle rollover. Elderly male taken to Mount St. Mary's EM-Star by Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. EMS. Report filed.

•North Eighth and Center streets, juvenile problem. Male driver, 18, reported a group of approximately five juveniles refused to move out of the roadway and then threw an unknown object at his vehicle. Patrol located two of the individuals and advised subjects to stop. No charges wished by complainant.

•700 block of Cayuga Street, loud party. Patrol reported a loud party and music and advised two residents to shut down for night.

•NU campus, intoxicated female. Subject picked up by parents and taken home.

•4800 block of Eddy Drive West, suspicious person. Female complainant reported hearing two males outside her sliding glass door on a balcony discussing which one would enter first. Subjects left after she turned a light on. Patrol reports finding footprints on the balcony and reported the incident was the second such in a week. Area checked; subjects GOA.

•4100 block of Calkins Road, domestic. Female, 47, listed as complaint and male, 49, listed as suspect. Domestic Incident and Report and patrol's report both filed.

•700 block of Cayuga Street, suspicious vehicles. Two males, both 18, listed as persons involved. One male arrested for criminal possession of a weapon, fourth; the other male arrested criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh. Both issued appearance tickets for Lewiston Town Court. Both vehicles towed from scene. Report filed.

•4900 block of Perry Court, suspicious vehicle. All OK; patrol sent a scraper found in the area on his way.
