The following activity occurred Monday, Oct. 29, to Sunday, Nov. 4, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 96 responses during this period.

Monday, Oct. 29

•Center and North Sixth streets, check area for reported smell of smoke. Patrol checked; all OK.

•Fort Gray Drive, check welfare. Caller reported an individual walking around in a bathrobe.

•5300 block of Military Road, accident, property damage. Patrol logged a hit-run accident from Oct. 26. Witness information and video obtained.

•300 block of North Ninth Street, custody issue. Patrol spoke with a male, 58, and female, 32. Report filed.

•4900 block of Hillview Court, larceny. Lawn mover reported taken. Party involved will be bringing it to LPD office.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, larceny. Copper pipes reported stolen. Patrol received deposition.

•Lewiston sand docks, suspicious vehicle. Party sent on their way.

Tuesday, Oct. 30

•Niagara University campus, aggravated harassment. Female complainant, 20, reported a female suspect, 19, making threatening "Tweets." Investigation to continue.

•2100 block of Ridge Road, check welfare. Caller reported someone in a house. No one found.

•Center Street, reckless driver. Black Toyota reported passing on right, in and out of traffic. Plate number logged. Vehicle GOA.

•Upper Mountain and Indian Hill roads, road obstruction. Water reported flowing over road; town, county and state highway crews notified.

•4200 block of Ransomville Road, violation of court order. Female, 19, listed as victim and a male (no age) listed as suspect. Suspect entered property and took vehicle plates.

•500 block of Cayuga Street, larceny. Caller reported copper drainage pipes taken.

•4800 block of Eddy Drive West, missing person. Male, 52, listed. Missing person report and E-Justice report both filed.

•4300 block of Dickersonville Road, domestic. Female, 33, listed as complainant, and male, 36, listed on call. Report filed.

Wednesday, Oct. 31

•900 block of Oxbow Lane, Kiwanis Park, suspicious vehicle. Party sent on their way.

•4900 block of Creek Road, harassment/trespassing. Statement taken from a female (no age listed) regarding a male suspect, 49. Male, arrested on charges of larceny, harassment, and trespassing. Suspect released on his own recognizance. Order of protection issued.

•Lewiston-Porter High School, marijuana arrest. Two male juveniles, both 14, placed under arrest.

•Unspecified location, officer requested, possible abuse to a child. Male, 36, listed as complaint and female, 33, listed on call. No abuse found, parties advised to pursue family court.

•Unspecified location, officer requested. Caller reported s possibly intoxicated male picking up kids. Patrol found no problems.

•4900 block of Creek Road, follow-up. Order of protection issued to female complainant.

•4800 block of University Court, animal problem. Female complainant, 21, reported dog bite from two dogs with an individual on Country Club Trail. Report filed.

•Kiwanis Park, juvenile problem. Patrol dispersed youths from the park and advised.

•1100 block of Ridge Road, suspicious vehicle. Patrol located vehicle and driver. Subject was hunting in woods; all OK.

Thursday, Nov. 1

•800 block of Center Street, disturbance at a bar/restaurant. Subject moved on and provided a cab ride home.

•2100 block of Watts Drive, animal problem. Caller reported a raccoon in the residence; owner attempting to remove. Patrol reported the animal was outside on its arrival.

•4800 block of Dickersonville Road, custody dispute. Female, 33, listed as complainant and male, 36, listed on call. Son had not been returned.

•1300 block of Ridge Road, neighbor problem. Patrol spoke with both parties.

•100 block of North Fourth Street, harassment. Female and male listed on call. Investigation to continue. Report filed.

•Artpark, criminal mischief reported by passerby. Call referred to State Parks police.

•100 block of Cayuga Street, trespass complaint. Patrol spoke with a male, 56, regarding a male, 37.

•1300 block of Saunders Settlement Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 32, placed under arrest for aggravated unlicensed operation. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets to Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle released to licensed driver. Report filed.

•Saunders Settlement and Walmore roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 34, placed under arrest for aggravated unlicensed operation and operating while the registration is suspended/revoked. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets to Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•2500 block of Saunders Settlement Road, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a female complainant, 18. Female, 33, listed as a person involved and female, 50, listed as a suspect. Complaint involved an accident that occurred in Niagara Falls. Investigation to continue. Report filed.

•5300 block of Military, EM-Star at Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center, disorderly conduct. Male giving staff a hard time. Handled by patrol.

Friday, Nov. 2

•5100 block of Lockport Road, LPD K-9 unit requested for a burglary in progress. LPD requested to assist Niagara County Sheriff's Office on a call taking place at a commercial contractor. Tow males located by patrol on perimeter of property at Comstock and Lockport roads.

•900 block of Ridge Road, suspicious person. Caller reports a subject with a flashlight looking into cars. Area checked with negative results.

•700 block of Oneida Street, AED response. Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. on location for a female, 52.

•1400 block of Saunders Settlement Road, Colonial Village School missing child. Call unfounded.

•Locations on the 2700 block of Saunders Settlement Road and at Townline and Lower Mountain roads, separate reports of two vehicle accidents. Statements taken from all drivers; reports filed.

•300 block of Brookshire, suspicious male. All OK; insurance adjuster on location.

•4500 block of Washington Drive, larceny. Statement taken from a male, 34, listed as complainant regarding a male suspect, 35. Investigation to continue.

•300 block of North Seventh Street, property damage. Call listed a civil matter.

•Saunders Settlement and Bridgeman roads, arrest. Male, 43, arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•NU campus, Dwyer Ice Arena, larceny. Statement taken from a female, 43, who reported the theft of a jacket from the locker room. Investigation to continue.

Saturday, Nov. 3

•400 block of Water Street, Youngstown Yacht Club, alarm response. Call weather related; all OK.

•4700 block of Liberty Drive, Town of Niagara, mental health response. LPD assisted Town of Niagara Police with a suicidal male. All OK.

•Swann Road, assist U.S. Border Patrol. Uniform traffic tickets issued; no further details.

•6000 block of Walmore Road, unwanted person. LPD assisted NCSO on call.

Sunday, Nov. 4

•800 block of Center Street, two separate complaints of public lewdness at a bar/restaurant. Patrol reported the separate arrests of two males, both age 21. Appearance tickets issued to both for Lewiston Town Court.

•4600 block of Washington Drive, follow-up. Patrol reports recovered stolen property at the address. Male, 25, listed as person involved. Investigation to continue.

•1500 block of Saunders Settlement Road, unwanted party. Patrol spoke with a male, 33 regarding a female, 28. Female left ex-boyfriend's house without incident.

•2600 block of Youngstown-Lockport Road, unwanted party. Patrol assisted NCSO; all OK.
