Rain canceled the kids Halloween parade in Youngstown Saturday, but the party in the Youngstown Red Brick School Village Center was still a lot of fun for children of all ages. A costume contest, pumpkin painting, hand painting, games, blindfolded doughnut eating, snacks and drinks made for a good time for everyone involved. The only ones with a difficult job were the judges, who had to pick winners in the costume contest.
