'The History of Tourism in the Niagara Region' at Castellani

The Castellani Art Museum of Niagara University will present "The History of Tourism in the Niagara Region," a lecture presented in conjunction with the exhibition "The Picturesque and War: Visual and Literary Aspects of 19th Century Tourism," at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 23. The lecture will be presented by Dr. Tom Chambers, NU associate professor of history, and John Percy, president and CEO of the Niagara Tourism and Convention Corporation

Admission is free.

The exhibition "The Picturesque and War: Visual and Literary Aspects of 19th Century Tourism" and related events are free of charge and will take place at the Castellani Art Museum of Niagara University. The exhibition is made possible, in part, through a grant from the Niagara 1812 Legacy Council.
