The following activity occurred Monday, Sept. 10, to Sunday, Sept. 16, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 109 response calls during this period.

Monday, Sept. 10

•Location unspecified, harassment. Patrol spoke with a female, 50, listed as the complainant regarding a female, 40, listed as a suspect. Parties advised by patrol.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, fraud complaint. Statement taken from a male, 56. No further details.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, shooter complaint. No problems found.

•100 block of Upper Mountain Road, fire in vehicle. Patrol reported a Ford four-door sedan in flames. No plates or VIN number found.

Tuesday, Sept. 11

•Chew Road, check situation. Caller reported a person lying roadside near a ditch. Patrol checked area and was unable to locate.

•5300 block of Military Road, warrant execution. Patrol reported the suspect fled the area in a black PT Cruiser.

•1700 block of Upper Mountain Road, possible fraud complaint. Statement taken from a female, 45. Suspects listed as a male and unknown.

•600 block of 20th Street, Niagara Falls, abuse complaint. Female complainant to bring items in question to LPD office. Investigation to continue.

•4000 block of Creek Road, harassment. Patrol attempted several times to make contact with complainant and suspect. Investigation to continue.

•Center Street, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 52, placed under arrest for aggravated unlicensed operation, third, and operating while the registration is suspended/revoked. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court; vehicle towed. Report filed.

•Saunders Settlement Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 19, placed under arrest for aggravated unlicensed operation, third, and operating while the registration is suspended/revoked. Arraignment at Town of Niagara Court. Bail posted and paid. Vehicle towed.

•Upper Mountain and Green roads, fight involving five people. Patrol checked area; subjects GOA.

•1900 block of Mount Hope Road, unwanted party. Male, 26, reported as intoxicated and damaging property. Subject arrested for disorderly conduct. Report filed.

Wednesday, Sept. 12

•Oneida Street, reckless driver. Patrol checked with negative results.

•700 block of Ridge Street, report of stolen copper downspouts. Statement taken from an elderly male. Suspect unknown. Investigation to continue; report filed.

•1300 block of Mount Hope Road, unwanted party. Statement taken from a male, 55, regarding a male suspect, 35. Complainant does not wish to pursue charges at this time.

Thursday, Sept. 13

•4800 block of Townline Road, traffic enforcement. Two uniform traffic tickets, unspecified, issued to unidentified motorists.

•Portage Road, attempt to locate. Male, 70, located. Subject was issued uniform traffic tickets, unspecified, and given a courtesy ride home. Report filed.

•2500 block of Saunders Settlement Road, house check. Patrol checked location per the homeowner's request, who suspected the daughter's ex-boyfriend might be burglarizing the home. No damage or entry found.

•900 block of Escarpment Drive, larceny. Male, 65, informed on the theft of wood from the backyard. No report wished.

•4600 block of Washington Drive, juvenile problem. Caller reports two male juveniles exited an unoccupied apartment and ran down the street. Descriptions provided.

•1600 block of Saunders Settlement Road, accident. Statements taken from both drivers. Driver No. 1, a male, 25, arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court, bail of $500/$1,000 assigned and suspect remanded to custody of Niagara County Sheriff's Office. Report filed.

Friday, Sept. 14

•5900 block of Hyde Park Boulevard, unwanted person. Subject left prior to patrol's arrival. Complainant did not wish to press charges.

•5900 block of Garlow Road, criminal mischief/suspicious person. Caller reported four juveniles in area, possibly throwing eggs at homes. Area checked; negative results on any signs of eggs thrown at homes.

•Green Road, reckless driver in a red SUV. Vehicle GOA.

•1900 block of Ridge Road, shooter complaint. No further details.

Saturday, Sept. 15

•700 block of Oxbow Lane, attempt to locate. Possible intoxicated driver; patrol checked residence and located vehicle. No further details.

•800 block of Center Street, fight at a bar/restaurant. Handled by patrol; parties dispersed.

•400 block of Ridge Street, suspicious person. Patrol checked area with negative results.

•800 block of Mohawk Street, domestic. Patrol's report and Domestic Incident Report both filed; no further details.

•4600 block of Creek Road, harassment. Verbal dispute; report filed.

•2300 block of Saunders Settlement Road, property dispute. Male, 20, listed as complainant and female, 19, as suspect. Call unfounded.

Sunday, Sept. 16

•Mountain View Drive, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 54, pulled over/arrested for driving while intoxicated. Blood Alcohol Content testing performed at State Police substation Niagara. BAC result, .15 of 1 percent of alcohol. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court; vehicle towed and driver returned home. Report filed.

•200 block of Water Street, alarm response. Patrol observed smoke in a residence. Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. responded and entry made. Item left on the stove.

•Niagara University, unwanted party. Intoxicated male unwanted by campus safety. Subject arranged for cab ride home.

•Niagara University, unwanted party. Male, 24, returned to campus after being removed. Suspect arrested for trespass. Jail/bail of $100 assigned. Report filed.

•5100 block of Griffin Street, criminal mischief. Female, 53, reported damage to a mailbox overnight. Report filed.

•2200 block of School House Road, officer requested. Complainant did not wish to speak with patrol. State Police handled.

•Ridge Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 32, issued unspecified uniform traffic tickets.

•Lewiston Road and Fort Gray Drive, vehicle/traffic stop-arrest. Female, 37, arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh, and unspecified vehicle traffic charges. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•1400 block of Pletcher Road, open door/possible criminal mischief. Building cleared by patrol; negative results on search. Patrol unable to locate key holder; all secure.
