Bandana's Bar & Grill on Lake Road in Youngstown recently held a pool tournament to benefit the programs and services of Niagara Hospice. Proceeds from the tournament, a basket auction and 50/50 split totaled more than $1,100.

"We are so thankful to the owners and staff at Bandana's for their continued support," said special events coordinator for the Niagara Hospice Alliance, Mandy Raff. "In addition to this tournament, Bandana's has agreed to be a site for a live band and water station during our Mighty Niagara Half Marathon on Sept. 26. We appreciate everything they do to help Niagara Hospice continue to provide services to families in Niagara County. "

Presenting a donation to Niagara Hospice from Bandana's Bar & Grill are Megan Gombert and Mark Salvatore.
