The following activity occurred Monday, Aug. 6, to Sunday, Aug. 12, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD reported a total of 112 response calls during this period.

Monday, Aug. 6

•4500 block of Washington Drive, suspicious person complaint. Patrol spoke with a female, 46. No problems reported; patrol cleared.

•300 block of North Fourth Street, possible criminal mischief. Statement taken from a female, 49. Report filed.

•5500 block of Townline Road, fraud complaint. Statement taken from a male, 81, who reported unknown person(s) withdrew $2,300 from a checking account. Report filed.

•2100 block of Upper Mountain Road, unwanted party. Two females, ages, 23 and 41, listed as suspects were placed under arrest on a requested warrant stemming from an Aug. 5 burglary complaint at the address. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court, bail of $5,000/$10,000 assigned and both remanded to custody of Niagara County Sheriff's Office. Vehicle secured. Report filed.

•4200 block of Terri Court, fraud. Statement taken from a male, 54, who reported an individual opened a cable account with his Social Security number in 2008. Report filed.

•600 block of Park Lane, possible burglary. Statement taken from a male, 48, who reports coming home to find dried mud on the floor. No signs of forced entry and nothing missing. Report filed.

•Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, agency assist. LPD requested to assist U.S. Customs with unruly bus drivers. Handled by patrol.

•1900 block of Mount Hope Road, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a female, 30, who reports a male suspect, 31, made threats to come collect his money at the residence. No charges at this time. Complainant relocated to a different address for the evening.

Tuesday, Aug. 7

•Joseph Davis State Park, criminal mischief. Male, 35, reported unknown person(s) damaged eight sinks. Report filed.

•100 block of Mohawk Street, harassment complaint. Male, 53, stated an unidentified subject struck his dog with a plastic pipe and then slapped him in the face. No charges sought, complainant just to make patrol aware of the incident. Report filed.

•800 block of Ridge Road, larceny. Statements taken from a male, 19; a female, 19; a female, 19; a male, 19; a female, 19; a male, 19; and a female, 19. Complainants reported they and a suspect, listed as a female, 39 were planning a group vacation. They allege the suspect collected money and no vacation occurred. Suspect arrested and arraigned at Lewiston Town Court on charges of scheming to defraud in the first degree and grand larceny, third. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court, bail of $500/$1,000 assigned and suspect remanded to Niagara County Jail. Report filed.

•300 block of South Third Street, fireworks complaint. Patrol reports issuing an appearance ticket to a male, 43, for disorderly conduct from the call. Report filed.

•5300 block of Military Road, aggravated harassment. Male complainant, 49, informed patrol that the suspect, a male, 35, had contacted him at Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center after being fired. No charges per the complainant.

Wednesday, Aug. 8

•800 block of Orchard Drive, domestic. Domestic involved two males, one 35, listed as the suspect and the other 33, listed as the complainant. Suspect reportedly beat up the complainant and was placed under arrest. Bail of $250/$500 assigned. Suspect remanded to custody of NCSO. Report filed.

•800 block of Center Street, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from both drivers; reports filed.

•5800 block of Buffalo Street, landlord-tenant dispute. Handled by patrol.

•1900 block of Saunders Settlement Road, vehicle/traffic stop-arrest. Male driver, 31, charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, third-degree. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets. Report filed.

•Garlow and Upper Mountain roads, vehicle in ditch. Patrol reports issuing uniform traffic tickets (unspecified) to a male, 20, from the incident. No hold on vehicle. Report filed.

•4600 block of Creek Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; report filed.

•800 block of Foxwood Drive, aggravated harassment. Male complainant, 21, reported that at male suspect (no age listed) made threats of trouble. No charges at this time.

•1900 block of Langdon Road, computer fraud complaint. Statement taken from a male, 55. Report filed.

Thursday, Aug. 9

•400 block of Cayuga Street, check 911 hang-up. Patrol spoke with a female, 20. No problems found and patrol cleared.

•Black Nose Spring Road, one vehicle property damage accident. Statement taken from the driver. No injuries; report filed.

•400 block of Baker Drive, burglary. Two juveniles listed as suspects. No further details.

•Addresses on the 4600 block of Creek Road and the 800 block of Pletcher Road, separate officer requested calls. Residents interviewed; no further details.

•900 block of Pletcher Road, suspicious vehicle. Caller reported a loud sports car in the area. Patrol checked with negative results.

•700 block of Lake Road, Town of Porter, assist. LPD on location with NCSO for a suspicious person complaint of a male going door to door.

Friday, Aug. 10

•Swann and Dickersonville roads, check area. Caller reported loud noise and possible alarm. Patrol checked area with negative results.

•Creek and Swann roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the arrest of two drivers, a female, 27, and a male, 25. Violations not specified. Both released on uniform traffic tickets. Reports filed.

•School House Road, aggravated harassment. Complainant states he received a phone call from an unknown male offering to repair his computer.

•Robert Moses Parkway, attempt to locate. Patrol reported an elderly driver confused. Subject located by State Police at 4-Mile State Park.

•700 block of Center Street, larceny. Statement taken from a male, 65, who reported two plastic hubcaps taken from a vehicle. Report filed.

Saturday, Aug. 11

•5800 block of Garlow Road, roadside domestic at a gas/convenience business. LPD on location with State Police. All OK.

•Irving and Lewiston roads, check welfare. Patrol reported an autistic juvenile who left home was returned to parents.

•Upper Mountain Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 32, for aggravated unlicensed operation. Suspect released on uniform traffic tickets and vehicle returned to rightful owner. Report filed.

•900 block of Center Street, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 51, for aggravated unlicensed operation. Suspect released on uniform traffic tickets. Vehicle secured. Report filed.

•5100 block of Townline Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 25, for aggravated unlicensed operation. Suspect released on uniform traffic tickets; bike turned over to a licensed driver. Report filed.

•1100 block of Swann Road, neighbor problem. Patrol spoke with a male.

•800 block of Onondaga Street, disturbing the peace. Caller reports the band at Academy Park went past the 11 p.m. village ordinance. Band too loud.

Sunday, Aug. 12

•North Ninth and Onondaga streets, intoxicated female. Patrol reports the husband was able to get the wife back in the vehicle.

•900 block of Pletcher Road, UUMV/attempt to locate. Statement taken from a female, 28; male suspect listed. Vehicle located on Cayuga Drive; resolved by patrol.

•500 block of Tuscarora, violation of a court order. Statement taken from a male, 58, regarding a female suspect. Patrol awaiting deposition from suspect.

•5700 block of Lewiston Road, custody dispute. Statement taken from a male complainant, 36, regarding a female suspect, 35. Report filed.

•100 block of South Water Street, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a male regarding an incident the previous day. Investigation to continue.
