On Thursday, June 28, Medically Oriented Gym (the M.O.G.) at Freedom Place, 1801 Grand Island Blvd., hosted an outdoor event celebrating the M.O.G.'s sixth anniversary of the Silver Sneakers program. Silver Sneakers is a trademarked exercise program specifically designed for older adults and the M.O.G. is the only facility on Grand Island that implements these special classes.
