The following activity occurred Monday, June 25, to Sunday, July 1, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 92 responses during this period.

Monday, June 25

•5700 block of Lewiston Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; report filed.

•5300 block of Chew Road, trespass/larceny complaint. Statement taken from a male, 48. Suspect listed as a female, 23. Resolved by patrol.

•4600 block of Model City Road, fraud complaint. Male, 43, reported a credit card was used in various out of state locations.

•4900 block of Creek Road Extension, juvenile problem. Patrol spoke with a female, 31, regarding a male juvenile. Resolved by patrol.

Tuesday, June 26

•Saunders Settlement and Military roads, suspicious person. Male located walking home from EM-Star at Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center.

•4400 block of Callan Drive, warrant attempt. Patrol assisted Niagara County Sheriff's Office. Negative results reported.

•4100 block of Lower River Road, property damage. Male resident reported a mailbox damaged by an unknown vehicle overnight. Report filed.

•Seneca and Fifth streets, Alcohol Beverage Control violation. Patrol reported the arrests of a male, 56, and a male, 53, on open container violations. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•2000 block of Swann Road, landlord-tenant dispute. Male in question left without incident.

•3400 block of Creek Road, assist. LPD on location with Youngstown Police Department for a trespasser/fireworks complaint. Area checked and suspects GOA.

Wednesday, June 27

•700 block of Cayuga Street, loud party complaint. Tenants advised to keep the party down.

•5800 block of Townline Road, follow-up. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 28, from an earlier domestic on the 100 the block of North Fourth Street. Suspect charged with the following: criminal contempt, first; harassment, second; and criminal trespass, third. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Locations on Seneca Street (two arrests) and on Niagara Street, alcohol beverage control violations. Patrol reported the arrests of a female juvenile, 13; a female, 24; and a female, 43, on open container violations. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Oneida and North Second Streets, vehicle/traffic stop/arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 23, on criminal contempt charges. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•1600 block of Saunders Settlement Road, larceny. Resident reported a Weber grill taken from the driveway.

•1000 block of Ridge Road, dispute. Statement taken from a female, 46, regarding a female, 55, and a female, 56, listed as persons involved. Complainant reported the two were giving her a hard time about moving out. Complainant to move out in the morning. Issue resolved by patrol. Report filed. Patrol reports speaking to the complainant on a follow-up visit soon after.

Thursday, June 28

•800 block of Center Street, check situation. Patrol reported a male, 39, was intoxicated and causing a problem with a cab driver. Subject refused to cooperate and was charged with disorderly conduct. Report filed.

•Albright Road, hit-run. Statements taken from two drivers; report filed.

•Ridge and Porter-Center roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Female, 45, arrested for operation while the registration is suspended/revoked. Uniform traffic ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court and vehicle towed. Report filed.

•900 block of Orchard Drive, criminal mischief. Caller reported an unknown subject left a screen door open and knocked off the doorbell from the residence. Negative results on patrol's search.

•Saunders Settlement Road, downed wire. Patrol reports issuing uniform traffic tickets to a male, 53, from the incident.

•3000 block of Shenk Road, assault complaint/assist. LPD requested to assist NCSO on a call of a suspect possibly armed. No weapon found.

•Bond Lake, suspicious vehicle-warrant execution. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 17. Subject remanded to custody of NCSO.

Friday, June 29

•Black Nose Spring and Myers Lake roads, suspicious vehicle. Patrol reports uniform traffic tickets (unspecified) were issued to the unidentified driver.

•5800 block of Buffalo Street, domestic. Patrol reported the arrest of a female, 33, listed as the victim and a female, 24, listed as the suspect. Victim charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation; suspect charged with harassment, second. Both parties requested an order of protection.

•2500 block of Niagara Street, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a female, 15, regarding male suspect (no age listed). Patrol advised suspect to stop calling/texting the complainant.

•2600 block of Upper Mountain Road, domestic. Patrol spoke with two males, ages 27 and 25. Call reported as a brother-brother domestic. No charges.

•Florence Drive, suspicious vehicle. Caller reported a light-colored pickup. Area checked and vehicle GOA.

Saturday, June 30

•River Road, North Tonawanda, warrant execution. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 27. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court and suspect released on his own recognizance.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, public lewdness at a gas/convenience business. Caller reported two black males appeared intoxicated. One urinated on an ice machine. Area checked by patrol with negative results.

•Addresses on the 500 block and 4900 block of North Fifth Street, criminal mischief. Patrol reported red spray paint on both properties. Owners will attempt to remove and will obtain a report if needed. Report filed.

•4400 block of Swann Road, disturbing the peace. Patrol spoke with the male owner and instructed to turn the music down.

•4000 block of Ransomville Road, shooter complaint. Patrols checked area with negative results.

Sunday, July 1

•Portage Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 32, arrested for third degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Uniform traffic ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court and vehicle secured.

•Center Street at Robert Moses Parkway, intoxicated person. Patrol spoke with a female, 21, regarding a female, 23, who fled from the complainant. Patrol reported all OK.

•800 block of B Street, assist. Patrol assisted NCSO on a domestic call/man with a gun. No further details.

•Lewiston Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 28, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation, third. Uniform traffic tickets for Lewiston Town Court issued and vehicle towed.

•600 block of Sara Court, animal problem. Caller reported an exotic bird in the backyard. Patrol unable to locate the owners.

•700 block of Cayuga Street, fight. Call handled by patrol and no charges.
