July Events

•Summer walkabouts take place, weather permitting, for about an hour each Wednesday at 10 a.m. Call Sally Waterson for more information at 773-5531. Upcoming walkabouts include: July 11 - Bluewater path; July 18 - Sunset Avenue; July 25 - Ransom and East River roads.

•Wednesday, July 11 - The center will celebrate with those seniors whose birthdays fall in the month of July. A lunch with cake and ice cream for dessert will be served. The Golden Age Chorus will sing after lunch.

•Wednesday, July 18 - A representative of Independent Health will be at the center from 9 to 11 a.m. with health information.

•Thursday, July 19 - Golden Age Club President Evelyn Lewis requests the presence of all officers and chairpersons for a monthly meeting.
