This year marks the 30th anniversary of the Niagara Falls Boys' & Girls' Club Auction, and it is also serving as a homecoming of sorts.

In recognition of the anniversary, the event is moving back to the City of Niagara Falls and will be held at 6 p.m. May 19 at the Conference and Events Center downtown.

The Auction, as it has come to be known, will continue its tradition of providing open bar, food and dessert stations and a selection of both silent and live items. This year's festivities also include a live performance by the popular local band A-List.

Auction committee member Doug Mooradian explained, "We're quite excited about our 30th anniversary and the enhancements that have been made to the event. Our corporate partners have once again been very generous, and with individual tickets being only $75, we feel that our guests get a tremendous night out without breaking the bank."

For more information regarding tickets or how to make a donation, contact the Niagara Falls Boys' & Girls' Club at 282-7181 or visit online at www.NFBGC.org.
