A year to remember

The Buffalo Bisons started the home season with a bang this year with a 12-3 win over the Scranton Yankees on Wednesday.

There were many exciting events to get the audience riled up, such as the Timbit Toss and Buster base race. Both Buster and his wife, Bell, were there to rile to audience up.

There are many reasons to come to games this season. The Bisons have many events planned, including fridaynightbash! firework displays every Friday.

Some big events happening at the park include:

  • Saturday, May 26 -- "Dog Day at the Park"
  • Saturday, June 9 -- "Star Wars Night"
  • Tuesday, July 3 -- Independence Day eve game
  • July 9-11 -- All Star Game events
  • Friday, Aug. 10 -- "Disco Night"
  • Tuesday, Aug. 28 -- "Fan Appreciation Night"

Along with these special nights, every Friday will have fireworks and every Saturday the first 200 people through the door will receive a commemorative anniversary coin.

There are many reasons to go see a Bison's game. Come down to Coca-Cola field and join the 25th anniversary fun!
