Niagara Presbyterian Church, at the corner of Military and Lockport roads in the Town of Niagara, will have a Tennebrae Maundy Thursday service at 7 p.m. April 5.
On April 6, the morning of Good Friday, Niagara Presbyterian will sponsor the 32nd annual Good Friday Men's Breakfast at the Niagara Active Hose firehall, 6010 Lockport Road (near Military Road) at 7:30 a.m. Cost is $8 for adults and $4 for students. The message this year is by Matt Simon, the running backs coach at the University at Buffalo. A variety of area churches of many denominations and pastors from several participate in the service.
At 3 p.m. on Good Friday until around 8 a.m. Saturday morning, people will be taking turns reading through the entire New Testament in the sanctuary at Niagara Presbyterian. Everyone is welcome to participate and/or come listen for any portion of it.
On Easter Sunday, Niagara Presbyterian's one worship service is at 11 a.m.
