The following activity occurred Monday, Feb. 13, to Sunday, Feb. 19, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 70 response calls during this period.

Monday, Feb. 13

•400 block of Center Street, alarm response at a business. Delivery person on location.

•400 block of Harper Drive, aggravated harassment. Patrol handled the call.

•800 block of Foxwood Drive, assist citizen. Patrol resolved a school bus-parent issue.

•5700 block of Lewiston Road, burglary. Patrol reported the arrests of a male and female, both 22 years old, from the complaint. A male was listed as victim. No further details.

•800 block of Swann Road, criminal mischief. Patrol handled. No report at this time.

•1100 block of Lower River Road, check 911 call. Children playing with phone.

Tuesday, Feb. 14

•5100 block of Walmore Road, property damage accident. Patrol reported a vehicle driven by a 30-year-old female struck several mailboxes, a tree and smashed into a brick wall. Driver taken to Erie County Medical Center, vehicle towed. Report filed.

•500 block of Center Street, larceny. Patrol reported the arrest of a male suspect. Report filed.

•Niagara University, Seton Hall, burglary complaint. Statement taken from a 19-year-old male. Patrol reported the arrests of a male and female, both 22 years old, from the complaint. No further details.

•NU campus, Varsity Village, burglary complaint. Statement taken from a 23-year-old male. Patrol reported the arrests of a male and female, both 22 years old, from the complaint. No further details.

•Hyde Park Boulevard, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers. One vehicle towed and MV forms issued. Report filed.

•800 block of Oriole Lane, juvenile problem. Subjects reported throwing snowballs at complainant's window. Patrol checked; subjects GOA.

Wednesday, Feb. 15

•Saunders Settlement and Chew roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the pullover/arrest of a 53-year-old female on a charge of third degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Jail/bail of $100 assigned and vehicle towed. Report filed.

•4900 block of Susies Lane, domestic. Statement taken from a 34-year-old female regarding a 41-year-old male listed as a suspect. Both parties were involved in a physical altercation. Complainant reportedly refused to cooperate. Report filed.

•4900 block of Creek Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the arrest of a 29-year-old male for unauthorized possession of marijuana. Suspect released on an appearance ticket to Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle secured.

•5800 block of Pearl Street, suspicious person. Call handled by State Police.

•5300 block of Military Road, Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center, larceny. Statement taken from a 49-year-old female who reported a laptop taken from an office. Report filed.

•600 block of 19th Street, Niagara Falls, follow-up. Patrol reported the arrest of a 62-year-old male from the above larceny. Laptop recovered. Report filed.

•4900 block of Creek Road Extension, physical domestic. State Police on location. A 23-year-old male was listed on the call.

•Fourth and Center streets, property damage accident. Statements taken from both drivers; report filed.

•Robert Moses Parkway, assist. LPD on location to assist New York State Parks Police. Driver from a vehicle/traffic stop giving Parks Police a hard time.

Thursday, Feb. 16

•5300 block of Chew Road, unwanted person. Patrol reported all parties as intoxicated. Subjects advised to avoid each other for the rest of the night.

•Ridge Road and Big Vista Drive, reckless driver. Caller reported a tan Cadillac all over the road. No plate number given. Area checked and driver GOA.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from both drivers. No injuries or tows; MV forms issued. Report filed.

•Upper Mountain Road, reckless driver. Vehicle located by patrol; no problems.

•Niagara Falls Police Department, assist. LPD on location to assist in a narcotics search.

Friday, Feb. 17

•5900 block of Kline Road, trespasser complaint. Patrol spoke with a female who claims that unknown individuals are spraying her windows at night with an unknown, smelly substance. Call unfounded.

•5000 block of Susies Lane, unwanted person. Patrol reported a male listed as intoxicated was given a ride home without incident.

•800 block of Foxwood Drive, EMS response. Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. on location for a 20-year-old female who fell.

•Saunders Settlement and Ward Road, reckless driver. Call handled by Niagara County Sheriff's Office.

•1000 block of Saunders Settlement Road, burglary. Theft of copper pipe reported; investigation to continue.

•North Sixth Street, suspicious vehicle at a church. Gone on patrol's arrival.

•Devil's Hole State Park, assist. LPD on location to assist State Parks Police on a narcotics search.

•NU campus, Eagle Circle, intoxicated females. One taken by Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co. EMS for treatment; the other refused assistance.

Saturday, Feb. 18

•3100 block of Woodland Avenue, assist. LPD on location with Town of Niagara Police on a large fight.

•Center Street, attempt to locate. Patrol requested to locate a black Hyundai Sonata, driver intoxicated, heading eastbound from a bar-restaurant. Vehicle GOA.

•700 block of Center Street, check welfare. Patrol spoke with a 22-year-old male concerning a 25-year-old male who threatened to harm himself. Patrol checked a residence on the 4500 block of Washington Drive, with negative results.

•Ninth and Oneida streets, assist. LPD on location with State Police for a warrant execution on a male.

•700 block of Upper Mountain Road, two calls, criminal mischief. Mailbox damaged, no report on either call.

•200 block of Main Street, Youngstown, assist. LPD on location with NCSO for a harassment/menacing complaint.

•2100 block of Upper Mountain Road, officer requested. Patrol advised a 28-year-old male to go to family court.

•800 block of Foxwood Drive, officer requested. Patrol spoke with a 47-year-old male and a 48-year-old female. No further details.

Sunday, Feb. 19

•2700 block of Cambria-Wilson Road, assist. LPD on location with NCSO for a burglary in progress call. K-9 search of residence with negative results. Search from out buildings to a field located two white males (unidentified) who were taken into custody. NCSO handling investigation.

•4600 block of Model City Road, check welfare. Patrol spoke with a female complainant concerning a male. Report filed.

•1300 block of Upper Mountain Road, vehicle fire. Lewiston No. 2 Volunteer Fire Co. on location. Vehicle involved listed as a gray 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix. Patrol spoke with the owner who stated her son had the vehicle.
