E! is covering this year's Academy Awards as never before, with a full day of broadcasting aimed at sharing every thrilling, fashion-filled moment of Hollywood's big day with fans throughout the world. With an on-camera team led by anchor and executive producer Ryan Seacrest and host Giuliana Rancic, E! will cover all the action and excitement of this year's Oscar day from start to finish.

In addition to A-list celebrity interviews that will begin when that first glamorous foot steps out of a limo and onto the Red Carpet, the network will feature up-to-the-minute fashion analysis and a complete look at all the nominees of 2012. As if that is not enough, E! will also be the only place viewers can see Kermit the Frog performing alongside "Glee's" Darren Criss on Oscar night. Plus, this year E! Online introduces a livestream show hosted by Ross Mathews and Kristina Guerrero that airs in tandem with the network's "Live From the Red Carpet" coverage, ensuring that E!'s digitally inspired fans will not miss a single moment of Sunday's Red Carpet activity. And with updated "Live from the Red Carpet" apps and a brand new "Fashion Police" app, the network will ensure that fans everywhere will have the best possible access to this fascinating and star-filled celebration.

After all the shiny statuettes have been paired with their new owners, E! will provide entry to all the invite-only after parties that viewers want most to see.

Here is the full rundown of coverage on-air, online and in the mobile space:

Red Carpet On-Air

Oscar coverage kicks off on Sunday, Feb. 26, at 1:30 p.m. with Giuliana, Kelly Osbourne, George Kotsiopoulos, Mathews and more. Although the show will be anchored live from the famed Roosevelt Hotel on Hollywood Boulevard, the site of the very first Academy Award show, many of the correspondents will be based at various locations around Hollywood to bring up-to-the-minute updates on everything happening in the hours leading up to the big night.

In addition to a special recap of all the nominees to help viewers prepare for the big event, predictions for the big wins of the night, and an insiders look at all the red carpet trends, the countdown show will feature three very special guest hosts, including Selita Ebanks, Kristin Cavallari and Sarah Hyland; the only performance by Kermit the Frog that day as he performs "Rainbow Connection" with Criss in celebration of the Oscar-nominated song "Man or Muppet" from "The Muppet Movie"; celebrity hairstylist Ken Paves, who will give viewers the latest on the sexy red carpet up-dos; a fashion show with looks inspired by the films "Midnight in Paris," "My Week with Marilyn" and "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" that will show viewers how to integrate each of those looks into their everyday style; and a number of feathered, furry and scaly animals that helped make movie magic last year, including the infamous monkey from "The Hangover Part II."

Then host and executive producer Seacrest goes live from the red carpet with today's most respected and admired Hollywood stars while Giuliana holds court at The Roosevelt Hotel, and Kelly provides ongoing reports from E!'s Sky Box, located high above all the red carpet action.

For the first time ever, complimenting the network's coverage, E! Online introduces "Livestream From the Red Carpet" airing from 5:15 to 7:30 p.m. This livestream show will also be available in the "Live From the Red Carpet" applications, making this the perfect "second screen" experience while watching E!'s coverage on-air. The show mixes feeds of E!'s many carpet cameras, the hottest Twitter trends of the night, results from polls posted on E!'s Facebook page, and live segments hosted by Mathews and Guerrero to ensure continuous, comprehensive coverage throughout the night.

Immediately following the ceremony, "E!'s After Party: The 2012 Academy Awards" airs from 11:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. and takes viewers inside the most glamorous and celebrity-filled parties. Mathews, Ben Lyons and Tai Beauchamp will report from E!'s location at the Roosevelt Hotel while Catt Sadler will be at the famous Governor's Ball and Ashlan Gorse will provide reports from the world-renowned Vanity Fair Oscars Party. The hosts also give a comprehensive recap of the awards ceremony.
