What constitutes art? And why do some people have such dramatic reactions when it comes to viewing and interpreting modern art? Last week, in collaboration with the Castellani Art Museum, NU Theatre presented "Art" by Yasmina Reza, translated by Christopher Hampton. Winner of the 1996 Olivier Award for Best Comedy and the 1998 Tony Award for Best Play, this comedy is about the value and aesthetics of art and the toll it takes on three friends when the line is crossed. This production was performed at the Castellani Art Museum amidst a specially curated art exhibit.

William Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream," as directed by Doug Zschiegner, is on stage March 22 until April 1. Click here for more information.

For tickets, call the NU Theatre box office at 716-286-8685.
