Newly appointed Grand Island Councilman Chris Aronica signs paperwork after taking his oath of office from Grand Island Town Justice Mark Frentzel. Aronica will be welcomed by the Grand Island Board of Education on Jan. 30 when the school board and Town Board meet in a joint session.
