Niagara County Clerk Wayne F. Jagow has announced the appointment of Town of Lewiston resident and long-time insurance executive Robert J. Ciszewski to the position of deputy county clerk in the Niagara Falls Motor Vehicle Office. This move fills a vacancy created by a recent retirement.

A U.S. Navy Veteran and lifelong Niagara County resident, Ciszewski holds a bachelor's degree in business administration.

"Bob's 32 years of experience in the insurance industry, coupled with previously owning his own business in the private sector, will serve well in accomplishing the mission of our office, which is to translate government into exemplary customer service," Jagow said.

Ciszewski serves as an active member of St. Peters R.C. Church in Lewiston and American Legion Post 830 in Ransomville.
