Upcoming at the Riviera Theatreby jmaloni
The Historic Riviera Theatre, 67 Webster St., North Tonawanda, presents:
- Saturday, Feb. 18, at 7 p.m.
A new winter tradition begins this year. After 20 successful years, "Stoogefest" goes to twice a year (that's right folks, twice a year) with the first "Winterfest" featuring seven "Three Stooges" films. Now you can enjoy the "knuck knucks" twice in one year!
"The Three Stooges" were an American Vaudeville and comedy act of the early to mid-20th century best known for numerous short subject films. The group's hallmark was physical slapstick comedy punctuated by quickly-delivered one-liners, within outrageous storylines.
Ticket prices are $10 (adult) and $7 children (ages 12 and under). For more information, call the Riviera Theatre Box Office at 692-2413 or order online at www.rivieratheatre.org.
"Max And Ruby: Bunny Party"
- Saturday, March 17, at 1 and 4 p.m.
It's a surprise party for someone special, and bunny siblings Max and Ruby have a million-and-one things to do before the big event. Join in the fun as they embark on a musical bus ride to East Bunnyhop General Store, where they deliberate on what to buy for the "Super Duper Special Birthday Guest." Max and Ruby never quite want the same thing and their plans always collide - with hilarious results.
Tickets are $20 (adult) and $15 children (ages 10 and under). For more information, call the Riviera Theatre Box Office at 692-2413 or order online at www.rivieratheatre.org.
