The following activity occurred Monday, Nov. 7, to Sunday, Nov. 13, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 92 responses during this period.

Monday, Nov. 7

•900 block of Creek Road Extension, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a 20-year-old female. An 18-year-old male was listed as a victim and a male, no age listed, as a suspect. Rear window reported smashed in the victim's vehicle. Plate number logged; report filed.

•Saunders Settlement Road, reckless driver. LPD reported Town of Niagara Police stopped the vehicle. Patrol cleared.

•700 block of Onondaga Street, criminal mischief. Caller reported a vehicle was hit by a pumpkin.

•Bond Lake Park, shooter complaint. Patrol reported complainant unaware of shooting range in area.

•4000 block of Creek Road, domestic roadside. A 48-year-old male was listed in the report. Subject taken by Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. to EM-Star at Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center for reported physical injuries. Patrol reported charges were filed; no further details. Report filed.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, car-deer accident. Statement taken from the driver; Lewiston Highway Department to dispose of deer.

Tuesday, Nov. 8

•Mount Hope Road, suspicious vehicle. Patrol spoke with three males and reported all OK.

•5000 block of Townline Road, prowler complaint. Female party listed as a victim and a male as a person involved. Female reported a vehicle stopped; male driver fit a suspect's description; the victim was unable to make ID. Information forwarded to Niagara County Sheriff's Office. Report filed.

•400 block of Mountain View Drive, alarm response. Male party listed as a person involved. Patrol checked the residence as per the homeowner; all secure. Call avoidable. Report filed.

•Locations on Bronson Drive and Upper Mountain Road, Black Nose Spring Road, and on Porter Center and Ridge roads, separate reports of a two- vehicle accident and of one- and two- vehicle injury accidents. Statements taken from all drivers; parties in the injury accidents taken to EM-Star at Mount St. Mary's Hospital for treatment.

•LPD office, fraud complaint. Statement taken from a 67-year-old female who reported unauthorized credit card use. Report to be filed.

•Military Road, attempt to locate. Caller reported a white SUV heading northbound with no headlights. Patrol searched area with negative results.

•Townline Road, reckless driver complaint. Patrol located the vehicle reported all OK; elderly driver found.

Wednesday, Nov. 9

•4500 block of Washington Drive, check situation. Patrol spoke with a 33-year-old female regarding a roadside domestic. Subject was reported as intoxicated and uncooperative. Patrol cleared.

•4200 block of Dickersonville Road, hit-run accident. Patrol reported a black Jeep Cherokee fled the scene. Vehicle located on the 800 block of Orchard Drive. Patrol located a 34-year-old male suspect and turned over to NCSO.

•Unspecified locations, warrant execution. Patrol assisted IRS and reported both warrants completed without incident.

•5900 block of Ward Road, larceny. Statement taken from a 52-year-old male who reported various automobile parts were taken from Oct. 19 to present day. Included were catalytic converters, batteries and radiators. Report filed.

•Walmore Road, vehicle recoveries. Patrol assisted NCSO on stolen vehicle recoveries with New York state registrations.

•2500 block of Ridge Road, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a 19-year-old male who reported a 45-year-old male suspect punched his car window out. Report filed.

Thursday, Nov. 10

•Pletcher and Creek roads, suspicious person. All OK.

•5100 block of Townline Road, suspicious vehicle. Patrol located a truck unoccupied roadside with the doors open.

•700 block of Legacy Drive, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a 36-year-old male who reported unknown person(s) broke a window with a chair over the weekend. Report filed.

•Roosevelt Avenue, larceny. Statement taken from a 43-year-old male who reported unknown person(s) stole $600 from an unlocked vehicle overnight. Report filed.

•3300 block of Creek Road, stolen vehicle. Patrol assisted NCSO on the call; vehicle located in Niagara Falls.

•400 block of North Fifth Street, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a 44-year-old female who reported her house was egged. Patrol searched the area and reported negative results on suspects.

Friday, Nov. 11

•100 block of North Sixth Street, suspicious vehicle. Patrol located an unattended vehicle found running in a parking lot. Rightful owner located.

•Military Road, vehicle check. Patrol reported three juveniles, ages 13 and 14, found operating a vehicle. Rightful owner unaware vehicle was taken by a family member. All juveniles released to custody of parents; vehicle towed. Report filed.

•Hewitt Parkway, suspicious person(s). Patrol reported the individuals were Jehovah's Witnesses. All otherwise OK.

•900 block of Seneca Street, larceny complaint. Statement taken from a 30-year-old female regarding a female suspect.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, suspicious person at a gas/retail business. Patrol on location with State Police for a voluntary mental health response.

•400 block of North Fifth Street, criminal mischief. Female party reported her house was egged for the second time in two days.

Saturday, Nov. 12

•Niagara University campus, intoxicated male and female. Patrol reports both subjects taken by Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co. to Mount St. Mary's Hospital.

•NU campus, arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a 19-year-old female for unauthorized possession of marijuana. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•500 block of Susies Lane, domestic. Statement taken from a 42-year-old female regarding a 35-year-old male. No further information.

•900 block of Center Streets, two reports of motor vehicle accidents. First report was a two-vehicle accident; Statements taken from the drivers. Second report was a car-tree injury accident. Statement taken. Reports filed.

•Unspecified location, follow-up. Patrol reported the return of a TV by a female party from an earlier larceny complainant on the 900 block of Seneca Street.

•Model City Road and Fenton Street, suspicious person. Patrol reported subjects on location filming a movie. All otherwise OK.

•Upper Mountain and Old Pekin roads, assist. Patrol on location with NCSO for a DWI. No further details.

Sunday, Nov. 13

•Artpark, shots fired. Patrol reported two youths were transferred to custody of New York State Parks Police. Appearance tickets issued for fireworks and an open burn. No further details.

•NU campus, Varsity Village, intoxicated female. A 20-year-od female was taken by Upper Mountain to Mount St. Mary's Hospital.

•900 block of Center Street, larceny. Statement taken from a 51-year-old female regarding a male suspect.

•800 block of Center Street, suspicious person. Patrol reported no problems.

•600 block of Cayuga Street, dog in distress. Patrol reported all OK.

•LPD office, bad check complaint. Statement taken from a 43-year-old female regarding a 40-year-old male. Investigation to continue.

•3100 block of Lower Mountain Road, shooter complaint. Parties advised.

•900 block of Upper Mountain Road, larceny from a vehicle. Statement taken from a 35-year-old male regarding an unknown suspect. Report filed.
