Niagara Hospice will hold its annual Light-A-Life Memorial Tree Lighting Ceremony on Sunday, Dec. 4, at 1 p.m. at the Wheatfield Community Center, located at 2790 Church Road, North Tonawanda.

The non-denominational tree lighting service will be lead by the Niagara Hospice Outreach Department. Following the ceremony, all are invited to remain for fellowship, music and light refreshments.

The community is invited to memorialize loved ones and have their names displayed on the Light-A-Life tree by calling Niagara Hospice at 280-0766 or by visiting www.NiagaraHospice.org. Other commemorative memorial items are also available for a small donation. Orders will be taken through Nov. 28.

The Niagara Hospice Alliance raises funds to help offset the costs for individuals who are under- or uninsured, thus eliminating the possibility of being denied care due to inability to pay. Gifts made to the Niagara Hospice Alliance are tax-deductible and help provide quality end-of-life care with dignity to Niagara County residents in need. For more information, visit www.NiagaraHospice.org or call 439-4417.
