The following activity occurred Monday, Oct. 24 to Sunday, Oct. 30, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD reported a total of 74 calls during this period.

Monday, Oct. 24

•Lewiston Road/hill area, suspicious person. Patrol reported finding an intoxicated female who said she was walking to Niagara Falls. Woman returned home to a Washington Drive address.

•Lewiston Road and Irving Drive, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reports citing a 26-year-old female for being an unlicensed driver. Uniform traffic ticket issued. Vehicle towed; report filed.

•Location not specified, arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a 54-year-old male stemming from an earlier larceny complaint at Modern landfill. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•5800 block of Military Road, larceny. Patrol spoke with a 54-year-old male regarding the theft of a copper gutter from the address over the weekend. Report filed.

•4500 block of Simmons Road, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a 43-year-old male which resulted in the arrest of a 23-year-old male. No further details.

Tuesday, Oct. 25

•5300 block of Military Road, haz-mat incident. Vehicle reported leaking gas at the location; Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co. on location for cleanup.

•Locations at Creek and Pletcher roads and at Hyde Park Boulevard and University Drive, reports of a two-vehicle accident and a two-vehicle injury accident. Statements taken from all drivers. Drivers from the second accident taken to Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo and Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center; both vehicles towed. Reports filed.

•500 block of Callan Drive, neighbor problem. Patrol reported the complainant and a neighbor were upset over leaves in the yard. Claims unfounded.

•400 block of Seneca Street, hit-run accident. Statement taken from the driver who reported a 2006 Jeep Cherokee was sideswiped while parked. Report filed.

Wednesday, Oct. 26

•800 block of Cayuga Street, larceny. Statement taken from a 60-year-old male who reported a gas drive off from the business. Patrol's report to follow.

•1300 block of Swann Road, burglar alarm. All secure.

•900 block of Center Street. Patrol spoke with employees at a supermarket regarding a 32-year-old male suspect who took multiple cuts of meat from the business. Surveillance tape received. Report filed.

•Saunders Settlement and Tuscarora Road, two-car accident. Statements taken from the drivers. Report filed.

•4700 block of Lower River Road, one-vehicle injury accident. Patrol reported the arrest of a 44-year-old female for driving while intoxicated and driving while ability impaired by drugs. Field sobriety testing performed. Driver arraigned at Porter Town Court. No further details. Report filed.

•4700 block of Lauren Court, recovered property. Patrol spoke with the resident; no further details.

•Location not specified, follow-ups. Patrol reported the arrest of a 31-year-old male stemming from an earlier theft complaint of a truck from a Ridge Road address that was later recovered in a ditch on Porter Center Road. No further details. Report filed.

•900 block of Center Street, larceny. Patrol reported a 32-year-old male suspect took a rack full of gloves and hats from a supermarket business.

•1100 block of Upper Mountain Road, check welfare. Negative results.

•800 block of Pletcher Road, suspicious vehicle. Plate number logged; no problems found.

•4600 block of Perry Court, EMS response. Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. on location for a female difficulty breathing.

Friday, Oct. 28

•400 block of Main Street, alarm response at a bar/restaurant business. All secure.

•Unspecified locations, assist. LPD K-9 unit requested to assist Niagara Falls Police Department on narcotics searches.

•2800 block of Ridge Road, larceny. Statement taken from a male; suspect unknown.

•Creek and Balmer roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Uniform traffic tickets, unspecified, issued to an unidentified driver. Vehicle towed; no further details.

•700 block of Scovell Drive, suspicious vehicle. All OK.

•400 block of Kenwood Drive, custody problem/EMS response. Patrol reported that grandparents attempted to pick up their grandson without paperwork. A 48-year-old female was taken by Lewiston No. 1 EMS for treatment of a seizure.

Saturday, Oct. 29

•1800 block of Upper Mountain Road, vehicle in a ditch. Patrol took the driver to a Walmore Road address.

•800 block of The Circle, attempted vehicle theft. Statement taken from a 57-year-old male; no further details.

•700 block of Cayuga Street, suspicious vehicle. Patrol reported the arrest of a 20-year-old female for unauthorized possession of marijuana. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Military Road/New York Power Authority, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers. Report filed.

•2200 block of Mount Hope Road, unwanted person. Patrol spoke with a 52-year-old female. Male party left the scene prior to its arrival.

•4600 block of Porter Center Road, violation of a court order. Statement taken from a 42-year-old female regarding a male. Patrol's investigation to continue with charges pending.

•500 block of Morgan Drive, unwanted person. The ex-husband left without incident.

•1000 block of Elliott Drive, disturbing the peace. Patrol advised the parties to lower the volume.

•4300 block of Autumn Lane, AED response. Lewiston No. 1 assisted a female.

Sunday, Oct. 30

•1000 block of Elliott Drive, Alcohol Beverage Control violation complaint. No violation found.

•3500 block of Ransomville Road, mental health assist. Rural Metro on location.

•800 block of Center Street, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from both drivers; report filed.

•900 block of Center Street, shoplifter complaint at a supermarket. Statement taken from a 48-year-old male resulting in the arrest of a 48-year-old female on said complaint. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Niagara University, custody problem. Patrol spoke with a 35-year-old male who stated a female was not on location for a custody exchange of a child.

•Niagara County Community College, dorms, assist. Patrol on location with Niagara County Sheriff's Office for a vehicle/driver search. Vehicle in question located; driver arrested on an outstanding warrant. No further details.

•Creek Road, reckless driver heading southbound. Vehicle located on Washington Drive, unoccupied. Plate number logged.

•4700 block of Creek Road, follow-up. Patrol on follow-up to an earlier criminal mischief complaint reported all OK.
