'Ladies Night Out' with Memorial

Ladies, this one's for you.

Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center will host "Ladies Night Out: Pamper Your Mind and Body," from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 20 at Four Points by Sheraton, 7001 Buffalo Ave., Niagara Falls.

This free women's health and wellness expo will be held in the Rapids Room overlooking the Niagara River and feature an extensive variety of vendors, products and services for women's health and enjoyment. Attendees will also have an opportunity to meet members of the Memorial Medical Center women's health care team.

The evening will feature a range of demonstrations and information on such topics as massage therapy, jewelry, ladies accessories, hair, makeup, tablescape, flower arranging, interior decorating, laser hair removal, acupuncture, health, nutrition, breast health and stress management. An "Ask the Doctor" program will feature physicians from Women's Medicine of Niagara, Daniel Burns, M.D., and Buffalo Heart Group, LLP.
