Kidz Xpress in Wheatfield is hosting another car seat safety check with the North Tonawanda Police Department from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Sept. 17, at Meadowbrook Square Plaza, 3571 Niagara Falls Blvd. Free ice cream will be given to families getting car seats checked.
