Wilson Lions install new officers

The Wilson Lions Club recently held its annual awards/installation dinner at the Wilson Boathouse and presented the $5,000 Floyd "Red" Clark Scholarship to WCS Senior Nicholas Failla. Also honored that night was "Citizen of the Year" Anita Pearce, "Hometown Hero" Anthony Moley, Lions Steve Clark, Deborah Hendricks and Diane Muscoreil, and "Lion of the Year" Donald Wiltse. New officers for the 2011-12 year were installed by Lion District Governor Clancy Burkwit, including President Joe Jastrzemski, vice presidents Kevin Cornell and Bernie Leiker, Secretary Diane Muscoreil, Treasurer Frank Nochajski, Tail-twister James Muscoreil, Lion Tamer Robert Hull, and trustees Deborah Hendricks, Ray Forsyth, Don Wiltse, John Carpenter, Carmen Presti and Joyce Lee.
