The following activity occurred Monday, June 6, to Sunday, June 12, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. A total of 111 calls were answered by LPD during this period.

Monday, June 6

•5000 block of Susies Lane, assault/domestic. Statement taken from a 24-year-old female regarding a 40-year-old male listed as a suspect. Investigation to continue. Domestic incident report filed.

•Ridge and Model City roads, two-vehicle property damage accident. Statements taken from both drivers. Driver No. 2 treated at Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center. Patrol reported the arrest of a 53-year-old female from Ontario, listed as driver No. 1, for driving while intoxicated. Blood Alcohol Content testing performed; BAC result, .13 of 1 percent of alcohol. Uniform traffic ticket issued with return date for Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle towed. Reports filed.

•2000 block of Mount Hope Road, trespass report. Patrol spoke with a school official who reported two male juveniles climbed inside a fenced area.

•800 block of Jefferson's Way, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a 37-year-old female regarding damage to a vehicle by an alleged female suspect. Plate number logged; report filed.

•200 block of North Fourth Street, neighbor problem. Patrol unable to locate.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, larceny complaint. Statement taken from a 58-year-old male regarding a 49-year-old female. Investigation to continue; report filed.

•400 block of Mohawk Street, neighbor problem. Patrol listed a male and female as involved. Report to be completed.

•100 block of North First Street, harassment/menacing. Statement taken from a male regarding a female suspect. Report to be completed.

Tuesday, June 7

•400 block of North Eighth Street, aggravated harassment. Patrol spoke with a 47-year-old female regarding threatening messages received from her ex-husband. Report filed.

•Townline and Lower Mountain Roads, two-vehicle accident. Driver No. 2 taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital; both vehicles towed.

•5000 block of Susies Lane, domestic incident. Statement taken from a 24-year-old female regarding a 19-year-old male, who was issued an appearance ticket for Lewiston Town Court. Domestic incident report filed.

•800 block of Center Street, fraud complaint. Patrol spoke with a 30-year-old male; report filed.

•5000 block of Walmore Road, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a 35-year-old female regarding a 30-year-old male.

•4200 block of Ransomville Road, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a 29-year-old male regarding a female.

•Water Street, check for a suspicious person. Subject located at a nearby hotel; all OK.

•4700 block of Lauren Court, aggravated harassment. Deposition taken from a male; call addressed.

Wednesday, June 8

•4900 block of Saunders Settlement Road, assist. Patrol on location with Town of Niagara Police for a female who was passed out in a bathroom of a bar. Subject determined to have overdosed.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, harassment/unwanted party. Statement taken from a 37-year-old male regarding a 59-year-old male. Complainant did not wish to pursue charges.

•5800 block of Garlow Road, harassment complaint. Complainant just wanted patrol's advice on an incident; no charges wished.

•4600 block of Model City Road, burglary. Statement taken from a 28-year-old male. Niagara County Sheriff's Office ID Unit responded a report of a large arcade game, valued at $7,000, which was taken earlier. Report filed.

•Ransomville Road, check welfare of a female, possibly intoxicated, walking on the road. Patrol located and transported home.

•Locations at Saunders Settlement and Bridgman roads, and on Callan Drive, reports of reckless drivers. Negative results on both calls.

•Smith and Onondaga streets, walk-up complaint of harassment. Patrol handled.

Thursday, June 9

•500 block of Center Street, alarm response at a bank branch. All secure.

•400 block of North Second Street, two-car accident. Statements taken from both drivers; investigation to continue.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, larceny. Statement taken from a 47-year-old male regarding a 63-year-old male who was taken into custody. Report filed.

•Morgan Drive, suspicious person. Patrol unable to locate. Patrol cleared.

•5900 block of Garlow Road, suspicious activity. Caller reported footprints in the area.

•5300 block of Military Road, check welfare. Statements taken from a 67-year-old female and a 50-year-old female regarding a 59-year-old female. Report filed.

Friday, June 10

•2900 block of Saunders Settlement Road, suspicious vehicle. Two vehicles listed; no problems found.

•Annover Road and Elm Drive, suspicious vehicle. Patrol reported State Police on location; driver was intoxicated. No further details.

•LPD office, aggravated harassment complaint. Statement taken from a male; handled by patrol.

•Ridge and Model City roads, vehicle/traffic stop-arrest. Patrol reported the pullover of a vehicle with Georgia plates and the arrest of a 26-year-old female. Charge(s) not specified. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court.

•Ridge Road, reckless driver. Patrol advised of a tractor-trailer with Ontario plates heading westbound from Wright's Corners. Negative results on its search.

•LPD office, follow-up. Patrol reported the arrest of a 40-yfear-old male from an earlier aggravated harassment complaint on the 5200 block of Walmore Road. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•4700 block of Porter Center Road, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a 20-year-old female regarding a female suspect. Investigation to continue.

•LPD office, follow-up. Patrol reported the arrest of a 48-year-old female from an earlier larceny complaint at a gas/convenience business on the 2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•3900 block of Creek Road, loud noise complaint. Party advised.

Saturday, June 11

•Black Nose Spring and Lower Mountain roads, mental health response. Patrol reports a 24-year-old male with homicidal and suicidal thoughts was taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center for evaluation.

•6900 block of Ward Road, assist. Patrol on location with NCSO for a fight at a bar/restaurant. LPD on location for crowd control.

•Ridge and Creek roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the arrest of a 20-year-old female for driving while intoxicated and driving with more than .08 of 1 percent of alcohol and related charges. BAC testing performed; BAC result, .14 of 1 percent. Uniform traffic tickets issued with return date for Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle secured and driver given ride home.

•2000 block of Mount Hope road, alarm/burglary response at Tuscarora Indian School. Patrol reported an open window; NCSO ID Unit notified.

•Niagara River/Lake Ontario areas, assist. Patrol assisted NCSO marine unit and U.S. Coast Guard Station Niagara with a capsized boat/rescue. USCG rescued four individuals in the sandbar bar area off of Fort Niagara.

•Unspecified location, criminal mischief complaint. Statement taken from a 50-year-old female regarding a 27-year-old female.

•Joseph Davis Park, larceny. Statement taken from a 26-year-old male; report filed.

Sunday, June 12

•Susies Lane, check situation, possible trailer fire. Patrol located a rubbish fire; situation addressed.

•Robert Moses Parkway, suspicious item/package. Patrol reported a suspicious black bag in question was a sandbag and property of state DOT.

•1300 block of Swann Road, neighbor problem. Patrol spoke with a 75-year-old male upset over the use of his driveway. Patrol reported the property line needs to be reestablished.

•800 block of Center Street, criminal mischief. Patrol reported damage to a door and possible attempted burglary done earlier. Report filed.

•4600 block of Porter Center Road, criminal mischief to a vehicle. Patrol listed a 17-year-old male as a victim and a juvenile as a suspect. Investigation to continue.
