To mark the proclamation, Zarbo's daughter Penny Panepinto and Penny's husband George hosted a party for family members, who gathered Sunday, May 15, at E.B. Greens in the Hyatt in downtown Buffalo
Included in the celebration was Zarbo's daughter, Paula Zucarelli. Also in attendance were her brother Ray Nola and his wife Janette, and special guests for the dinner celebration the Rev.
