HART Interfaith Inc. invites the community to its major fundraiser of the year: a Victorian high tea and basket auction at the First Presbyterian Church in Lewiston on May 14.
Organizers say these tea events are always special. Each tea is presented by the Community Tea Ladies, with all proceeds going directly to HART.
Tickets are $25, and reservations need to made by Saturday, April 30. In addition, there will be a special raffle for a gourmet dinner for eight (valued at $1,000) at the Van Horn Mansion in Burt. This is sponsored by a HART board member. Tickets for the special raffle are $5 each and available through the HART office. One need not need to be present at the tea to win the raffle.
For more information on scheduling a HART presentation, about the tea and raffle, or for donating a basket for the tea, call the HART offices at 754-8313.
