Those individuals who have suffered a stroke or traumatic brain injury, as well as caregivers for survivors, often experience difficulty adjusting to the challenges that result. DeGraff Memorial Hospital now is host to a special support group that will provide information, direction and opportunity to share experiences and outlook.
Learn more about recovery and share ideas with others going through a similar situation. Find resources that may be useful and explore topics that are of interest to the group.
This support group will meet the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the second floor Medical Rehab Activities Room.
DeGraff Memorial Hospital is located at 445 Tremont St. in North Tonawanda. For more information, contact Anne Sammarco or Meghan Nichols at 690-2274. Or e-mail: [email protected] or [email protected].
