Niagara University is now accepting reservations for this spring's edition of its highly popular Student Chef Series, which showcases the culinary skills of student managers in the university's College of Hospitality and Tourism Management.

Hosted in conjunction with Niagara University's Office of Continuing Education, the fine dining events are an opportunity for the community to sample a four-course cuisine, planned and prepared entirely by hospitality students.

Seatings for the dinners - two appetizers, an entree, dessert, and beverage, plus coffee or tea - are scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Feb. 3 and 17; and March 10, 24, and 31.

Each event will take place in the Statler Dining Room on the fourth floor of St. Vincent's Hall. Menu selections are not announced ahead of time.

Reservations for the themed, sit-down dinners are $18 per person. Due to the popularity of the program, payment with credit card is required when reservations are made.

For more information, or to make reservations, call Niagara University's Office of Continuing Education at 286-8181.  A full listing of NU's continuing education courses can also be found online at www.niagara.edu/ce.
