Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb are putting down the cocktails and hitting the treadmills. This Friday, Jan. 7, the ladies will host the entire fourth hour of "Today" while feeling the burn on treadmills, ellipticals and stationary bikes.  They will encourage their guests, as well as viewers at home and at the gym, to exercise along with them. Throughout the show, a calorie count will keep track of how much each of the ladies burn, and it will tally it up at the end of the program.  "Today" Fitness Expert Joy Bauer will be on hand to answer viewer questions.

Other guests on Friday's show include Seth Rogen chatting about his role in the new movie, "Green Hornet"; Madelyn Fernstrom who will conduct a weight loss game show challenge; Charla Krupp on how to dress 10 pounds thinner; and Jennifer Cohen and Marc Lauren discussing how to get fit without a gym membership.

Jim Bell is the executive producer of "Today,"  (weekdays, 7-11 a.m.).  Tammy Filler is the senior producer of the fourth hour.
