following activity occurred Monday, Nov. 29, to Sunday, Dec. 5, as reported by
the Lewiston Police Department. A total of 88 calls were answered by LPD during
this period.
Monday, Nov. 29
- Niagara
University campus, EMS response. Patrol reports a 20-year-old male was thought
to have ingested a quantity of marijuana. Subject transported to Mount St.
Mary's Hospital and Health Center by Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co. EMS. No
marijuana found on his person.

block of Upper Mountain Road, check welfare. Patrol reports a 41-year-old male
was given a courtesy ride to a Ransomville Road address.

block of Ridge Road, burglary. Statement taken from a 30-year-old male
regarding an ATV stolen from a garage. Niagara County Sheriff's Department
called to the scene; investigation to continue. Report filed.

block of Center Street, larceny report at a supermarket. Statement taken from a
50-year-old female regarding a 21-year-old female. Investigation to continue;
report filed.

and Seventh streets, two-car accident. Statements taken from both drivers.
Patrol reports a female passenger from vehicle No. 2 was taken to Mount St.
Mary's Hospital for an evaluation. Vehicle No. 2 towed; report filed.

block of Pletcher Road, recovered stolen vehicle in the clay pits area. Patrol
reported finding a burned-out vehicle listed in its reports as stolen earlier
from a bar/restaurant parking area on the 700 block of Cayuga Street. Vehicle

female; report filed.

block of Grove Street, domestic. Statements taken from a 43-year-old female and
a 46-year-old male. Domestic Incident Report filed.

block of Saunders Settlement Road, overdose. Patrol spoke with a 40-year-old
male and listed a 36-year-old female as a victim/suspect. Female taken to Mount
St. Mary's Hospital remained hospitalized and was issued an appearance ticket
for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.
Tuesday, Nov. 30

block of Cayuga Street, check 911 call. Patrol reported the resident was having
a problem with a dog but was otherwise OK.

block of The Circle and 5300 block of Military Road at Mount St. Mary's
Hospital, separate general alarm responses. Locations secure; patrol cleared
both calls.

block of Cayuga Street, check welfare from ‘Are You OK?' call. No problems found.
- Ninth
and Center streets, two-vehicle accident with injuries. Statements taken from
both drivers; driver No. 2 taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital. Fire hydrant
damage reported; both vehicles towed. Report filed.
- LPD,
walkup complaint of juvenile problems in the hamlet of Sanborn. Patrol informed
by a female of youths out at 3 a.m., causing problems in yards. All subjects
believed to under the age of 16. Night checks of the area requested.

Settlement Road, attempt to locate reckless driver. Plate number logged;
vehicle gone on patrol's arrival.

block of Pletcher Road, follow-up arrest. Patrol on follow-up to a stolen
checks complaint reported the arrest of a 42-year-old male. No further details.

assisting NCSD; vehicle sought in connection with a strong-arm robbery that
occurred earlier. No further derails; patrol cleared.

male who reported a vehicle window smashed.

incident and was driven to the 400 block of Church Street.

taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center for treatment.

27 and 28 years old, plus another male (no age listed) as suspects. The
28-year-old male was placed under arrest; the other suspects left in a vehicle,
plate number logged. No further details.
