National Guard promotions listed

The following local members of the New York Army National Guard
have received promotions:
- Vanessa Banks of Niagara Falls, serving with the Company D, 427th Brigade Support Battalion, is promoted to the rank of private.
- Corey Gleeson of Lockport, serving with the 42nd Infantry Division Tactical Command Post 1, is promoted to the rank of major.
