Filippo, right, the popular restaurateur formerly of Villa Fortunata's in Lewiston, Filippo's in Buffalo, and O in Amherst, has returned to the local culinary scene. He is now working with Filippo Villella, owner of Villella's Italian Ristorante and Wine Bar on the corner of Rainbow Boulevard and John Daly Boulevard in downtown Niagara Falls.

The two gourmands promise a truly unique dining experience with homemade, too-good-to-be-true Italian classics. The eatery is open from noon until 10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and from noon to 11 p.m. on Friday-Saturday.
