Youngstown Police Blotter for Aug. 28

The following activity
occurred Monday, Aug. 2 to Sunday, Aug. 15, as reported by the Village of
Youngstown Police Department.
Monday, Aug. 2
- 300 block of
Carrolwood Drive, attempt to reach homeowner. Patrol tried to reach the
homeowner to serve paperwork. The resident was not home.
- Mollcody Road,
prowler. Patrol assisted the Lewiston Police Department with a complaint of a
prowler. The area was checked with negative results.
- 2100 block of
Langdon Road, domestic dispute. Patrol responded to a domestic dispute between
a male and female. A report was filed.
Wednesday, Aug. 4
- 1700 block of
Randall Road, property dispute. A wife and ex-husband had a dispute over
property. All okay.
- Youngstown-Lockport
Road, ticket issued. A 16-year-old female was issued a uniform traffic ticket
for speeding. She was going 50 mph in a 35 mph zone.
- 400 block of
Riverview Drive, false alarm. An alarm went off at a residence. The home was
secured.
Friday, Aug. 6
- Possible violation
of a court order. A male was in violation of a court order to stay away. Patrol
checked the residence with negative results.
- 400 block of Lake
Road, unwanted party. A caller reported a loud party. Upon arrival, the party
had ceased.
- 4000 block of Creek
Road, open door. Patrol assisted the Lewiston Police Department at
Lewiston-Porter Middle School for an open door. All okay.
Saturday, Aug. 7
- 400 block of
Riverview Drive, check welfare. Patrol was advised to check the welfare of a
home. The resident was gone.
- 800 block of River
Road, unwanted party. The homeowner stated his son's ex-girlfriend started the
"party." The ex-girlfriend was not permitted on the property. She was given a
courtesy transport to her home.
- 1300 block of
Youngstown-Lockport Road, attempted burglary. Patrol responded to an attempted
burglary. Three males were spotted on ATV's. The State Police is handling the
report.
Monday, Aug. 9
- 1400 block of
Youngstown-Lockport Road, criminal mischief. Criminal mischief occurred on
Indian Hill in Lewiston. Patrol was advised to contact the Lewiston Police
Department in the morning.
Tuesday, Aug. 10
- 400 block of
Westwood, lost property. The complainant stated he lost his passport. He
returned the call to later state he found the passport.
- Property dispute.
Patrol responded to a property dispute over horse stall fees. The parties were
advised it was a civil matter. The payment was made. All OK.
- 400 block of
Carrolwood Drive, juvenile mischief. A caller stated juveniles were ringing
residents' doorbells at night.
- 400 block of Main
Street, possible fighting. Patrol responded to a complaint of juveniles
fighting. The juveniles were gone on arrival. The surrounding area was checked
with negative results.
Friday, Aug. 13
- 300 block of
Brampton Road, aid elderly man. Patrol responded to a 68-year-old male who was
semi-conscious on the floor. The situation was handed over to the Youngstown
Fire Co. for transportation.
Saturday, Aug. 14
- Loud music
complaint. Patrol resolved a loud noise complaint. A band was done performing
for the end of the night. All clear.
Sunday, Aug. 15
- 3300 block of Creek
Road, civil matter. Patrol spoke with a 27-year-old female in regards to a
civil matter. No further incident occurred.
