Bake It! is a new specialty gift shop located at 465 Center St., in the Village of Lewiston. Owned by 18-year-old Niagara County Community College culinary arts student Rachel Goodman, Bake It! specializes in fun baking accessories such as aprons, books, cookie cutters, cookie and cupcake decorations. Bake It! is a new member of the Niagara River Region Chamber of Commerce.
