Kidz Xpress in Meadowbrook Square Plaza at 3571 Niagara Falls Blvd., Wheatfield, is offering a free car safety seat check on Saturday, Aug. 28.

The safety checks, to be done by the North Tonawanda Police Department, will be offered from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Refreshments and balloons also will be available.
